I thought they would come out with a 60fps mod seems it's still being worked on.

The game doesn't open on my Steam Deck :( I play on default settings and nothing else is working, on my PC it works.

I can't imagine the switch would perform better than the steam deck, thank you for the video!

it is because of cel shading. The switch emulator still have trouble running it. On PC with high specs, yuzu was able to run with high fps

@@dungtrinh8595 it’s definitely not because of the cel shading.

I’m using windows on the deck, how come yours is smoother when the settings are the same?

steam os is optimized for the deck, while windows is not. Steam os will have have the best performance compared to any other os on the deck.

If you disable cores it would likely improve the performance to a locked 30 fps.

Nah this is running in slow-mo, even the soundtrack slowed down. The Switch version has lots of stutters but it's fast-paced
It's probably one of the worst performing Nintendo-licensed games and it would be interesting to see more benchmarks of it on more handheld PCs

I want to believe this is true but the internet is full of con artists that edit the video over the screen and call it a day, would be nice if you moved the steam deck a bit so we could see that it is real

Yuzu emulator works on the steam deck, I have over 40 videos, this is completely real. I even made a yuzu setup guide for the steam deck.

The fact the game isn't holding 30fps (which is the same on the switch) would suggest this is likely running on steam-deck hardware.
The steamdeck is also visibly moving under the hands. The amount of effort to 'shop this, with the button clicks lining up and everything would be exhausting.
It checks out, is what I'm saying.

It's definitely real I have tested many switch games and a good amount of them run fairly well. The deck is a beast.
