Why don’t you show us what 150,000 to 200,000 gets us.
unfortunately a property in that price point doesnt exist in telluride you may have some luck if you look in smaller surrounding towns
Keep in mind most of these are rentals, meaning that people buy a home, is it in the off season and rent them for thousands a day during ski and summer seasons.
