My favorite AU has to be what I call the Chrono Repair Michael Au. It is when he is sent back before the tragedies and he tries to save everyone.

Also: I have my own Micheal AU called Terrorize Micheal...he's more of a terror kids Micheal AU but I think it still counts.
The terrorize kids are more...evil versions of their original counterparts. For example...Terror Kids Aliza (Horrortale) may be kind and caring but terrorize Aliza has been described as heartless, and homicidal, oh yeah Terrorize Aliza is a cannibal which was influenced by her monsters.
The Terrorize kids all live in a tower which each floor being dedicated to one (or more) of them.
(The backstory is kinda boring but I will share it if someone asks)
Funfacts:
Terrorize Frisk (Undertale) knows just how truely heartless terrorize Micheal is, (Keep in mind the Terrorize counterparts of C.C., the missing children, the tormentors, Charlie, and Elizabeth come from a different AU.) when they asked Micheal if he regreted destroying his AU, he grinned and looked at Frisk and in an almost monotone voice he said
"No, in fact I would do it all over again if I could, they're looks of terror never compared to those I ended, they're just something about killing your own family who's never brought anything but torment to you that feels so satisfying".
Despite his heartlessness towards humanity and his former family, he actually cares about the other terrorize kids, he gives gifts to them, which includes a Machette (Terrorize Chara), a nailed baseball bat (Frisk), a Circus Baby Mask (Elizabeth), an axe for Aliza that she can carry easily (she already had an axe but struggled to carry it as it was not mean for her)
