Ive been in a VA loan for 5 years. I want to refinance and rent it out. I want to move out of state with a new VA loan. Am i understanding it right that you say after refi i need to stay put for 1 year before before getting a new VA loan? Thanks
Hi Chris! Not exactly, but there is a very specific way you should go about refreshing the VA benefit. Send me an email or text tomorrow and I will give you the rundown for your scenario 🤙🏻
