Merci for amazing contents! For me I'm taking A1 course at university but questions are a bit hard to explain sometimes. If it's possible could you please add them to explanation part? or translation for them into the video?
I love these stories. They are a great way to learn conversational french. In "Dear Mr Chaplin" there appears to be confusion over whether there was one watch or several watches. I think there is a mix up between single and plural in the french text.
I followed all the ListenEF, ListenED, and ListenES language courses that I can find online, especially captivated by the superb visual effects and variable ways to follow their presentation. But unfortunately, some stories, like this one, are punctuated here and there with evident errors that will mislead especially beginners. For example: "ces", the plural of "ce", is pronounced as "cesse" ; "vol" in "Cette histoire a commencé par un vol" is pronounced as English word "volume"; and, while evidently there is only one watch stolen, there is confusing use of plural "montres".
Je regarde toutes vos vidéos. Merci! Je pense qu'une seule partie avec les deux sous-titres (français et anglais) suffira. Si nécessaire, les utilisateurs peuvent consulter eux-mêmes des sous-titres spécifiques. Ou ne regardez pas du tout, mais écoutez simplement. p.s. les vidéos courtes de 5 minutes seront plus attrayantes et vous obtiendrez plus de vues sur votre chaîne.
Theft is Vol. not Volume. The written version is correct on that one ( The audio says volume, probably by default..). Merci pour l’histoire! ❤

Is the pickpocket Timothee Chalamet?
😋
Tre bone
One watch ? Two watches. The plural is constantly used in this story yet I am sure you are talking about one watch only.
Merci 😊
Thank you very much
