Great dog work! Ace is amazing and a lot of fun to watch. I don't get to hunt nearly enough so I look forward to your videos (Lucas's also). Thanks again.
The problem is that it’s near impossible to walk quietly thru those cattails-as you know. Yea, the narrow ribbons you can pinch-em a little easier. Always enjoy you & Ace. Nice of that landowner to offer his land, God Bless him!
Bing, bang , boom! Ace does a very good job of hunting the cover when the road or crop field is the path of least resistance. Very little chase on a flushed bird and back into it. Really nice dog work.
Looks like ol' Acey is starting to range out there a little far in those cattails, (starting to hunt for himself)?? never the less, you gotta love that little dirtball🐶
If trailing a pheasant more than 25 yds from me (usually because I just don't know where he is) equals hunting for himself, then I guess the little dirtball hunts for himself occasionally. Right or wrong, I'll easily accept that, because it seems like the vast majority of the time, we're very much hunting together, & he knows it.
Another good day sure enjoy watching ace. He's a good one

Gotta love it when you run into the land owner and he lets you in especially when you know it’s going to be good.
Yeah, he had impeccable timing.
@@lilbrowhydaw That’s because you always have that “Ace” up your sleeve 😂.
Coming out again on Saturday and super pumped up to get back.
Great video like always!

I wasn't going to even ask. He offered. Sheer luck.

Thanks. This is his 5th season & he's really starting to act like he knows what he's doing. Most of the time.
Ace is a stud,,,,, give that boy a treat when he gets home
Ditch bangin, cool
I noticed an audio drop out during the end of the hunt picture session on the tail gate. I forgot the tennis ball on Sunday too. 😂
Good stuff Brent! That's the first time I have seen you miss! Great editing or great shooting?
Thanks Ty. It was a fun, relaxing little hunt. And yes, I miss now & then, but if it's too embarrassing, the misses get cut out. 🤣

Where’s the snow first week of November we had lots of snow and wonderful cold weather in the area I was hunting.
Right? Conditions are super challenging right now without it.
Is your dog a spring spaniel?
Yes. Field bred; not bench bred.
