As someone from SF I think that you missed out by doing espresso because doing drip coffee is more ubiquitous and Philz coffee, founded in SF, is by far the best coffee I've ever had

As a Washingtonian, Starbucks is more of a convenience than a preference when it comes to coffee. It's not like Washingtonians are unaware that Starbucks coffee is crap, we just drink it because they're freaking EVERYWHERE. The little drive thru shops that are littered all over the state are way better. Just felt like I needed to clear that up for Starbucks haters.
