Every comment you post is you crying about people being drug cheats for no reason other than they make you feel weak. Grow a pair. If a girl works hard and trains through to womanhood, they are capable of strength and power like these women have without ANY need for drugs.
I've spotted a few guys and I'm not nearly as strong as these women. I can pull about 75lbs upwards, which is usually more than enough to help a lifter in trouble.
In a year, if you worked out with all of your might and you rested the appropriate number of hours, you might be able to put on between 10 and 15 lbs of muscle. That is pushing it too. Most people can't... You can't, I repeat can't put on 12 lbs of muscle in 3 weeks. Impossible. You are ignorant if you think that it is possible...

It's too bad though. It's hard to find a good woman like this, mostly skinny or fat women in this day and age. Most of the time when you do find one, she's lifting the baby weights. Any woman who lifts real weights has my respect.

These ladies weigh less than 130lbs and lifting 200lbs!! It is like a 200lbs man lifting 310lbs. the same way....so this is amazing indeed.
