Totally agree with knowing about the customer service. I have a POD book and planners and the company sent me the book with the incorrect binding and then the planner had plastic rings instead of metal and I have been treated like it’s my fault. I have all the deets tracked in email trails etc. Just so disappointing that they expect me to deal with it. It cost me a failed book launch btw. Can’t get that back. Good to hear printiful did the right thing.
Sorry to hear that, I know it can be super frustrating. I remember getting also super upset with teepublic for NEVER giving me an invoice for my payment, even though FEDEX required one to release my package from customs, while Teepublic insisted that FEDEX don't need that (?!?!) Cost me over 17 hours of conversations with both, and eventually the woman from FEDEX felt sorry for me and released the package on my own statement. I was super amazed with printful's insane quick reply, also had good customer service from Society6, and even RedBubble an immediate money to account back for a journal book that came a bit off.
That's honestly the best part of it for me! And why i am making POD reviews even when I pay for the products myself- just cause I like having my own little style going :)
I’ve also had a great response time with the online chat support. Sometimes they don’t have the answer and have to get back to me days later, but it’s been fine so far.
As usual another amazing video! I am a new subscriber and I absolutely love how detailed and easy to follow your tutorials are. Thank you for sharing your talent with us!!😊
I designed a fanny pack through Printful as well and really like it! I was super impressed with the quality of the fabric, the color was spot on and the zipper works well. Great review and that duffel bag is awesome!
You are so funny. Thank you for another awesome video. You are a wonderful teacher. Oh, before I forget I may have missed the video where you showed how to make the duffle bag amazing design in Canva. Can you show please. Thank you so much.
There were so many videos on making patterns with Canva,. CSP or Procreate. ruclips.net/user/MeyAroyoTribesearch?query=pattern This specific pattern was made using paint splash elements from Canva, making a design, and then following up what I do in many of the pattern videos- downloading it, uploading it to Canva again, and placing it 4 times to make a seamless pattern.
Yeah, with these bags it would be def hard to price, especially when the base cost is high, but quality seems to be worth it. i would have paid even more if I found it by an artist I like and I had no way of doing it myself. as for rain- the bag hasn't left my house yet, so I am not sure LOL
Nope, I never got it... Spoke about it in other videos, there was a hack in the post office here and lost so many packages :( I might order it again soon :)
I have never been more motivated to buy a bag!! I already love the company, but WOW! your enthusiasm is contaigous!!
Love the duffel bag! Love your design on it and how big it is and durable it seems!
I loved it too, the colors were way more vivid than when I thought they would be !

Very cool. I need a duffel bag so now I am super excited to make my own.

Yeah, having no answer right away is def fine as long as they reply in a timely manner to begin with and get back to you later :)
You’re bag/s look fantastic! They’re both great but the duffle is …❤❤❤!
That duffel design! ❤❤❤ Stunning art!
Super cool review!! You encouraged me to try Printful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful talent!
Have you ordered anything already ? (Sorry for just getting back to comments now, though maybe you've already got a product from them LOL)

The zipper on it was def a surprise to me too- super high quality, not like the old fanny packs that would have their zippers stuck all the time!

Not me wearing my fanny pack like an old person. LOL
LOL
Well, it's all in the design ! Old is not old anymore- it's RETRO LOL
Nice!
Thanks :)
Thank you
That's a nice bag. It'd be really hard to price. But it was made well. Does rain get through easily?
