Talking about things without seeing any Rug or anything 😆😅 Old rugs are smelly, they hold a lot of dirt and odeur 🤮 Not suitable in a modern household.
So you want dead cows all over that place... Why? You don't allow hunters to hunt deer on your property but you're okay with having dead cow's hide. You should reconsider if you truly care for animal welfare.
Cows are killed for meat, bone, and hide. You get a ton of stuff from a single cow that’s already being raised for those reasons. Killing a deer just for the hide isn’t a good idea and deer meat isn’t that good

That’s why you should clean them before using them. There are videos of professional rug cleaners, cleaning old and new rugs
