It is an age thing, Nikki. I did so many embarrassing things in my 20’s regarding being overly emotional and/or clingy. I was your exact age 34 when I finally started to awaken to my real or mature self. Met my now husband at 36 after working out following finding your videos (you were great motivation). I got married at 39 and have been happily living the life I always wanted. Don’t beat yourself up too much for past relationships. Just enjoy your days and keep discovering you!❤
100% agree. I am 31 and I did the same thing in my 20s and it’s definitely the age. It also is therapy. Nothing to do with birth control at all. I am on birth control because I’ve PMDD in it literally has no effect on me in that way.

I know of 5 other RUclipsrs that have gotten out of their contract (probably because the contract became void once BetterHelp broke the law) i honestly feel like Nikki keeps using them as a sponsor because they pay her so well and her RUclips channel isn’t doing very well so she needs the paycheck
They kept taking my money after cancelling. 400 pounds at least. And the therapists where absolutely useless so i basically wasted hundreds of pounds. But they gave me 10 in return for selling my data, may buy a yacht or something.

She probably meant the first big breakup because maybe she would’ve said the LAST big breakup if she was talking about the recent ex. I felt it too when she went through those, so happy to see her journey and how lighter and happier she seems. It feels like her happiness is coming from within herself.

Oh you should foster cats or kittens. It's a great way to test the waters of a 3rd cat while helping your local shelters/rescues. This way too if it's overwhelming you don't have to foster again or you might find a wonderful match for your current kitties. I have 8 so I totally understand. 3 is actually a great number because I always felt when I had 3 they always had someone to play with when one wanted to just chill.

I get a strong feeling that he may have been very very immature in many ways. He didn’t grasp adult relationships or how to empathize, communicate or work together with a partner. He may have been fairly bright and ambitious but emotionally and socially he was much MUCH younger than his age. I could see he was painfully naive too.
He immediately got back with his ex girlfriend after breaking up with Nikki. Which made me like him even less. They are now married. Imagine going through a pet loss, moving cross country for someone, a relationship loss, and come to find out ur ex proposes to his ex girl within months of a breakup!!? Ouch. My poor babygirl Nikki went through so much

I've said this before!! A long time ago. She has patterns, and it always ends the same. Even her mumbling hasn't changed when she mentioned years ago she knows she does it and was working on it. Poor girl is stuck in a never ending cycle.
