True Ending has a couple requirements to unlock, but what it means for the fight is that there is an extra third phase. In the normal ending, the fight ends after phase 2.
@@Druid_Ignacy !!! SPOILERS !!! This is correct. When Eigong enters her 3rd phase in the true ending fight, it is revealed she is heavily infected but still in control of herself. When Yi defeats her, she jumps on top of the core and slits her throat. By doing this, she dies but also allows to infection to take hold of the core, creating something entirely new and unholy. This is what the arrow is used for. To kill this new abomination.

What about the single use las resort arrow Yi received right before the final fight
it's part of true ending cutscene and you can't use it in gameplay if I get it correctly
