1. 16:33 Just below the metro station , shuttle bus by RTA- no f13, starts for Dubai mall. Every 20 mins. No need to walk to Dubai mall.
2. 15:46 Emaar is one of the top Real Estate builder companies in Dubai.

The building in which you are interested to buy a flat is a hotel. You can't buy a flat in a hotel. It's The Address downtown hotel. But I understand your feeling. It's quite good. I have been inside that hotel and had dinner and attended workshops, and it's interiors are quite good for Dubai. Another anecdote, a few year back ,on the 31st December, during firework display, this building caught fire - since then it was closed for a few years.
