Thanks for this, and thanks but no thanks! I do not find this hotel up to par! It’s pretty mediocre, sorry to say, lacks lots of quality, for the price! I love the Westin, or Hilton, too bad Fiesta Americana just doesn’t cut it!

      I agree with you.
      Very mediocre on everything.
The list of the problems we encountered is too long and just thinking about it gives me a headache.

The tour of the all inclusive was interesting. I like that you were genuine about the different aspects of the all-inclusive hotel.

Interesting. It's not my type of travel, but it's interesting to see what it's like. The adult pool closing at 6pm is a huge deal breaker. All Inclusive - ON THEIR TIME? Ugh. I would have been upset about the dinner situation. Again, on their time, yet you're the paying customer. I feel like these all-inclusive places simply assume the guests will be drinking. A lot of us don't drink and would rather spend our evening at pool.

because they own an all adult all inclusive resort just down the road south of town. I think that's why they make some of the choices they do with this one,...
I actually stayed here for free for 7 days. The dinner situation was just like at most resorts. they have dinner restaurants that are pretty busy so you make reservations or just go put your name in and wait a little while... depends if it's a busy night. They also have other food available that you can just walk up and get at the smaller grills... And buffets in the buffet area. And rooom service available. The dinner restaurants werent as good as the other resort food.
you can walk to tons of fun stuff or take a quick bus or taxi from the resort. Puerto Vallarta is definitely better outside the resorts.. But for resort people it's not bad. They do have incredible fish tacos at the taco stand; I think I ate about 60 of them during my stay.
They usually actually have a dinner buffet and show out by the pools; at least they did when I was there. Which was nice and it went well into the night but not so late that the noise level would ruin people's stay.

@Vallarta Life you inspired me to check out an all-inclusive resort. I picked the worst one. Should have read the reviews first. Vlog coming soon.

I was there in 1985, as a 13-year-old, and it was same view (i still have the photos), except that i was there in the wet season and the mountains were super green and lush. I don't remember the beach being as nice as in this video, but the hotel grounds back then were I think a little better, because it was not as crowded with stuff. There was more space between things. Also the coconut palms back then were all big and round and natural because no one was pruning them. Otherwise it's the same building and pool and restaurant. Oh yeah, we also had a lot of fun zooming around in mini speed boats that you could rent from the beach. I wonder if they still have that. And there were guys walking along the beach selling ponchos and hammocks and even selling live iguanas. We bought one and set it free in the plants around the hotel.

Simple and honest review, enjoyed it, thanks.
Any recommendations on a better all-inclusive resort preferably adult-only and one where the pool stays open later?

Stayed there for a week three years ago and really felt it was one of the better AI's we've stayed at. The only negative was the evening entertainment was limited.

Great video girls. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S

I absolutely love your reviews. Have you had a chance to stay at Velas Vallarta? They seem comparable in terms of price but would love to know which is the better experience.

I stayed at this brand in Cancun. The view from the hotel was very stunning, and their cleanliness was top notch. You mentioned the Italian restaurant was not that great. Their Cancun restaurant's were actually pretty bad as well, the only one I very much enjoyed everyday was their breakfast buffet. The beach was amazing along with the beach service. I would only stay at this resort for their breakfast, beach service and rooms were very comfortable and big. Your video was great!
