    I appreciate how the master chef doesn’t take himself too seriously. He’s the perfect balance of respectfulness and passion, he appreciates the loyalty of his staff and he allows them to express themselves as well. It’s not just about the cooking, it’s about fostering an environment where everyone feels at home...Absolutely marvelous.

    Love this place. As Colameco said, precision and doing things right. Keeping standards. The chef has a good way about him. Competent staff.

    This restaurant is my favorite in NYC. Such excellent food and a very nice staff.

    This is the best restaurant I've been to in NYC and possibly the world (I'm thinking it beats Alinea in Chicago) and definitely, the locals of 11 Madison Park, Danielle, Perse', Le Bernardin, etc Chefs are on point. Food is exciting and delicious. Can't wait to go back.

    What is the micro green he added right after the egg yolk. The camera does not show him add it, it is green, and stemmy?

      kugelhopf is an Original bread from Alsace, France but Chef Gabriel do it savory, whit scallions. Delicious!
