Police body camera footage and dash camera footage of Officer Law & Officer Johnson attending to violation call on Friday, January 5, 2024. South Fulton Police Department were called as the father violated the court order regarding the parenting agreement for the 4th time, withheld minor son who wanted to come home to his mother, father grabbed minor son's arm after failing to abide by lawful commands from police, and terrified the son. My 11 year old was so terrified that he didn't want to attend school on Monday, January 8th, 2024 as the father threatened to violate the court order again and withhold the child from the mother. TPO was filed on 01/08/24, denied by a Sr. Attorney, an appeal was filed and an evidentiary hearing will be held on February 7th. Here is the footage retrieved from a FOIA request.
