I have watched Your content for years and it always delivers brilliant in depth material and you seem to deliver it more enthusiastically then many lectures i have sat. Much appreciated!
Can you add a video showing what is the best settings on a scope to view these? Thanks for all your AWESOME videos helping others to diagnose more accurately and quicker.
Grasias mario por este excelente info. Quiero hacerle una pregunta: esos amp clamp se pueden utilizar con cualquier ociloscope ? Cual me recomientas para usar con snap on veruz edge o micsic ociloscope. Grasias de antemano.
Handy info, thanks Mario. I have a couple of 'cheap' (you know where from) amp clamps, which don't have any scales listed on them. So, I did what you said at the start of the video, tested a known amperage, then I extrapolated the ratios, wrote a list of them on the box and put sticky labels on the clamps🤣👍
What are the readings on a multimeter. Would be great to know, still confused with the conversion. I have the Snap-on low Amp probe with a 20A at 100mV/A and 60A at 10mV/A. Thanks if your able to help.
Mario I have a 08 Lexus es350 have you ever had a vehicle not shut down with push button ignition? I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure this out! All accessory stays on
my favorite for parasitic draw testing is the fluke i30s.super accurate clamp but so are the picos and i like the amprobe ct238a and ct235a i use both those with my zeus
Good job Mario. Watching the classics. Good refresher information.

Great video. The conversions have been a problem for me but this method makes it simple. Thanks so much.
Can you demonstrate on setting the amp clamp up on the Oscilloscope

Can you do a video on how to set up these various amp clamps in pico to accurately read and display the waveform in amps?

Could you show one of them working I the pico software with that set up correctly and maybe showing it with wrong settings to show how it can be wrong

I have the PDI amp clamp. Is it possible to read less than 1A using the mm 2 vdc scale?
Hello! Is TA167 compatible with other scope brands, lets say Micsig? Thanks!
It is
Great Video. Excellent explanation. Only wish I knew what you were talking about. Enjoyed the video though.
