Im most likely getting this card on monday (its friday now) and im SOO dang excited! I loved this showcase, especially how its not just a generic benchmark map, but actual gameplay. You make nice videos and showcases, i love them!
I have a 3070 Ti card lying around and I’m getting so much hype from watching this. I’m waiting until the parts for my PC build and I’m so gonna enjoy my card.
to confirm the cpu bounded thing: i have i5 11400 and i can stay above the 60 fps in 4k with just the integrated graphic. this happen because the only multithread process in this game is terrain generation, so unless you're exploring new zones with elytra, the cpu will never use more then one core
IMPORTANT TIP: I have a 3060ti and r5 5600x, and for example my complementary shaders get 120-180fps with pbr texture pack in a plains biome. I then move to a jungle, with rain on, and fps can get below 60 if I have any more than 12 chunk render. The pbr pack does also reduce fps alot, but jungle biomes are huge fps taker, and should be important to demonstrate.
I am really confused on this video since I have an RTX 2080 Super with 32 DDR4 GB Ram, and a i7 9th gen Intel processor and some how with Complimentary I'm getting 60fps in plains biome but around 40-32 fps in Jungle/Taiga Biome. I am really confused how this guy is getting in the hundreds... Especially since the specs on the RTX 3060 are about the same as the 2080 super... Any ideas?
@@maugweiYou have to take in consideration what cpu and resolution you’re playing at. At 1080p you’ll get higher fps than 1440p or 4k. The cpu also plays a huge part. On the AMD side, a 5600x is the perfect pair for 3060ti
Increasing visual settings in Minecraft, a CPU-intensive game, helps to stress the graphics card and that's why you are seeing more FPS despite higher settings in some circumstances I believe.
Thank you very much, 90% of people puts "RTX" for Java and it's hard to find Bedrock gameplay... Also you can set Render Distance at max on Bedrock, there's not a huge impact like Java...
Thank you for doing really good reviews. it's been nearly a year since i last commented, I finally got a new GPU! I have got the 1650 super! Thank you for recommending it to me nearly a year ago. Keep up the great work!
Which RTX pack did you use on bedrock edition? I mean there are different packs like some of them have more cinematic view and dynamic shadows, different textures etc. You want to download and activate one of those packs or else everything in bedrock edition will look like plastic.
hope the game will be less CPU bound as the next update they are changing max cores from 7 to 256. Just in general I think they are really focusing on optimizing the game for the next update so I'm really excited lol.
You need a ressource pack to make seus ptgi fully work because it tells to the shaders how much light should be bounced and will make the game really good looking =)
Hey Bro Loving Your videos...BTW There is An Option in Complementary Shaders Where You Can Get Ray Tracing...So You Must Include That in These Videos...

I have this same GPU, and my cpu is the i7 12700K. When I don’t play with shaders, I use 8 chunks for render distance, and get a MINIMUM of 1,000. Normally more. When I use bsl I get on average 260 fps.
I like Minecraft RTX because of how original it looks...and it can do somethings that normal shaders can't do. For example, light color bouncing....when entering buildings and interiors, RTX completely demolishes other shaders.
Java Shaders look better than RTX. I think that most would share my opinion. Complementary looks downright beautiful. And.. unless you've tried all the shader you can't say that rtx does something shaders don't. All shaders are built differently and offer different options. They all have pages and pages of settings to customize the look.

Jeez man this is a kind of good budget option fr
Try using iris shaders mod instead of optifine,i think there's an issue with optifine atm which leads to low gpu usage. Iris offers maximum gpu usage
