    Although this wasn't new for me, I just love that you don't go out and assume that whoever is watching your videos already has the basics down, and so you explain what is what (e.g. the parafilm bit). Thanks so much for all your work!

    How do you store the 80% glycerol stock? At RT? And how long is it good for in your experience? I assume for a really long long time :)

    have you ever tried using commercial glycerine? much cheaper and available

    Don't compare parafilm to saranwrap. Saranwrap wishes it was parafilm. Parafilm is what saranwrap was supposed to be but never was.😁

      That's true yet... Parafilm is an arm and a leg and very uncommon. Saranwrap in ubiquitous.
