That's because this category is usually ran on an older patch, namely 1.71. The same category can be done on current patch too, except it would have to fight Conjunctivius, so it's slower

But im so confused as how come you already have Dead Inside and Ammo mutations unlocked!!
Those were the default mutations on the patch I run this on. I wish we had more damage mutations there, but Dead Inside is also fine I guess
