    Son 1210d SUOER battery charger is showing 13.4 voltage but not the current and fan is also not moving . when i touch a pin of LM 358 it starts functioning

    actually sir mai ek aisa circuit bnana chahta hu jo overload hone pr buzzer sound kare or 2-3sec me supply disconnect karde after 5 min supply wpis chalu ho jaye or kisi emergency case me reset switch se on ho jaye !!!
    Actually mai Stabilizer ka kaam krta hu , or log 5kva ka Stabilizer le jakr uspr 6-7kva ka load chla dete hai jisse transformer jal jata hai or nuksaan ho jata mujhe ye circuit isi ke liye banana hai ,
    Isme mai lm324ic , relay(according to load), CT coil jo refrence voltage dega ye sb use krke banana chahta hu
    But sir ye sb bnau kaise smjh nai a rha kya use hoga ye smjh a rha but connection nhi
    Plz sir help kariye ........ Hm sb viewer is nuksaan se bach jayenge kyuki max. Customer aisa hi karte hai warranty period me hi high load chla kr jla dete hai
