The rolling movement of the bong sau is efficient and compact, and funnily enough can be used just as well if the fight goes to ground (as in wing chun + gracie). It's well illustrated, especially with the final student. Nice one.
Structure defeats strength and clashing force with force. Master TST is always excellent at teaching structure as applied to WC techniques.
