Yes! "being kind to yourself". Jasmine's so beautiful in so many ways and watching her videos helped me through a major depression in 2020. I'm just glad she's still making videos at all and they always make me happy and calm my soul. It must be hard to put yourself out there so fully and authentically and it's a lot of work.

ahhh ~ it's been a while since I tuned in, but i now have enough time to watch videos again ! i felt jealous of you today - i usually avoid telling people this, because I don't want to make them feel like im denying any struggles they may have, but seeing you pursue so many different creative endeavours has really motivated me to work hard and try new things. I'll definitely have a look at that knitting pattern (:i hope I can take a ceramics class someday, work as an artist, make videos, go to museums with friends.. it seems like a dream

Hello there. I’m glad I came across your vid to deliver this message. There is a channel out there that does incredible research on really important subjects. It’s called Rafida plus. They also have a Pa͏t͏r͏e͏o͏n͏ to get them to put more time and effort into their content. Thank you
