I've been using the Mount to Coast P1, F-Fly, and now RoadFly for my HYROX workouts, but I don't know what's best because I haven't done enough HYROX-specific testing to make that call.
Just got these delivered today after I had to exchnage and go half a size up. In terms of fit and lockdown, do you think something like the Free Metcon 6 would be better? And is that option suitable for short runs as this seems to be? I'm interested in hearing about the Amplimove. I was cross shopping that against this, as well as the previous Rapidmove ADV.
@@oyatero2 I do! The Free Metcon 6’s boot is a lot more aggressive with its lockdown, so I’d give them a try. Won’t be as comfy for running, but should work for intervals and bouts under 3 mi. They’re next on my list :)
The lack of heel lockdown, and aggressive arch support will eliminate these for me. Addids is the master of having a great concept for a shoe that they then ruin with at least one major design flaw. They are always "so close"
@@dariosimonepalmiotti2739 nah they’re not bad especially for what most will be using them for. That’s newer turf and most of my shoes slip on it, so I keep that in mind. Turf, like rope for rope climbs, can vary appearance a lot.
Havent worn Adidas since high school, but i may give them a try, One unanswered question, What is the fascination with Eastern European mobsters and Adidas track suits?
I saw that they also have a follow up model to the regular Rapidmove. Also curious about the Puma Nitro Squared 2 if you plan to review that.
Oh, you already know they're on my list! I have the AmpliMove next, then the Rapidmove 2 and Puma!
Just watched the review! The Adidas RapidMove ADV HIIT 2 looks like a solid choice for intense workouts. The support and durability are impressive! 💪
For HIIT/versatility stuff, they've been solid!
First! Great review. Think I will wait for the X5.
Not a bad move! X5 will be a more catch all shoe!
I saw u mention about hyrox ,which shoe is the best fit so far for hyrox

Great review... still on the fence with these. Maybe if I can find them on sale? Looking for that first training shoe purchase of 2025. 😂
Haha, mans is calculated and dialed right now.

Yeah, I hear you on that...that's big brands in a nutshell, lol
It seems that they don't have a lot of grip on the turf

LOL, I have no idea, but I low-key wish I had that swagger sometimes.
If you try them out, lmk how they do!
Most new shoes are so shallow.
I feel ya on that
