Wow, this is exactly the kind of entertainment we’ve been waiting for after Queen Helene! You’re absolutely hilarious! I can’t wait to catch your live performance soon! I'm practically doubled over and even started hiccuping from all the laughter! 😆✨😂
So good! Roman is funny as hell, as always, but also connecting and heartfelt for this community after all we went through together. Too soon? Nope, not for this. Laughter is the best medicine anyway! 💜
Great set. I live a few hours up the road from you and worked several years as a Red Cross Disaster Relief volunteer and know how hard it is post disaster for the first several weeks. Tip, that is why the food is so great the fisrt weeks afterwards because they know how much a great meal helps but costs a crap ton of money so, yes, the food gets more basic as time goes on esp on disaster that cover so many hundreds of thousands of people across several states.
yeah, we love the World Central kitchen, I had drinks with quite a few of them over the course of their stay here, it was fun roasting them on stage in good spirit!
@@romanfraden Yes they are awesome! If like most volunteers that go to the troubles they had to love the roasting. Fun twisted humor is so valuable in rough times, heals the heart.
@@romanfraden Just a FYI if you or others have contact info on any of them reach out once things settle. I know I didn't suffer the disaster but after living 3-4 weeks with people at their worst points in life you keep the town and people in your mind and heart afterwards. a Decade plus after the places I deployed to I still remember the faces and stories. Remember one tiny little town, pop ~ 1500, a year after the event invited the disaster relief people for a thank you celebration. Simple, laid back 1 day event at the fire station. Helped give closure to everybody after enough time passed for the residents.
We saw this show live and it was incredible. Every comedian that night crushed it, especially you. Thanks for the much needed laughs.
thanks Alan!!
😂😭🎉 so good!! Joy out of tragedy! You’re masterful! Funny funny. ❤️❤️❤️
