    Ingredients:
    Fresh Gavar Fali (cluster beans)
    Cooking oil
    Cumin seeds
    Mustard seeds
    Asafoetida (hing)
    Turmeric powder
    Red chili powder
    Coriander powder
    Garam masala
    Salt to taste
    Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
    Instructions:
    Begin by washing and trimming the Gavar Fali.
    Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and a pinch of asafoetida.
    Once the seeds splutter, add the trimmed Gavar Fali and sauté until they are slightly tender.
    Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder over the beans.
    Stir well to coat the beans evenly with the spices.
    Cover and cook on medium heat until the Gavar Fali are fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
    Add garam masala and adjust salt to taste.
    Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
    Enjoy your flavorful Gavar Fali with steamed rice or roti for a complete meal!
