He has only signed it (IEBC reconstitution) due to the pressure he is currently facing from the Gen Z demos.
Ruto does not care about country. He only cares about MONEY, THEFT & his TRIBE.
Ruto is NEVER sincere in any of his actions and that is why RAO should not come to his rescue. Let him feel the REAL heat and carry his own cross.
