Brother i owned ns 3 month ago.the fan was worked till the first service .Now it s not working i mean fan is not on in heavy trafic and high rev .but I can feel the heat on my feet and bike frame. I tested radiator fan according to ur vedio fan is working.And i clean the relay.But result is same as before
mr X first of all check tha coolent level is the collent is present according to the level . second- change the fuse the fuse might be faulty. If the above mentioned is ok then it means that your bike is ok its not heating up.. u will feel the heat after all there is a fire and burning going in the engine . Radiator is not working because your coolent is not getting heat up.. Note: radiator cools the coolent not the engine when the coolent gets heated up the radiator starts to work
As a NS owner I personally feel the fan does not operate when needed, so can we just overshoot this fuse using a manual switch?. I mean using a hand switch while riding to operate the fan when I feel the engine is heated. what can be problems in that case?
+Pravesh Acharya your idea is good but is not practical.. i mean a manual switch can be made but u can identify the actual temperature of the coolent because the radiator cools the coolent not the engine... and radiator starts when the coolent temperature has touched 90 degree which is a very hot temperature..
Ok I get that radiator cools coolant, but when I rev hard or in traffics, these fans are supposed to operate. What happens here is they operate and then shortly shut, even the temperature is still high enough to feel on the feet. The engine and coolant have same heat, so whats the problem with cooling coolant manually via radiator to additionally cool the engine?
+Pravesh Acharya and one more thing bro.. if u r compairing ns with ktm then let me make it clear that ktm uses only 1 sparkplug to generate fire in the engine so the stress in engine and plug is more resulting in more heat and pulsar has 3 plugs so the stress is low resulting in less heat generation..
Pravesh Acharya if the radiator works for 1 min or less then 1 min its a good indication except ktm.. r15 cbr ns all these bikes r liquid cooled u can ask any cbr and r15 user they will say the same thing that radiator rarely works cauz heat generation is too low in this bikes.. ktm r pure performance machine so the heat is more
bro i tested my fan according to your video its working fine.... and took a ride of 90-100km but i can only hear some noises let me clear its not fan.... i haven't seen my fan working when the kill switch is on or the engine... what could be the possible cause?
Mr. Ѕѧм your coolent is in good condition thats the reason your fan is off... note only when your coolent gets hot fan starts working... no matter how much hot the engine is the fan will work only if the coolent temperature is high i.e. 90degree celsius.. and if your bike is more than 2 years old then change the fuse for your mind satisfaction... dnt worry.. and stay subscribed to the channel
Anil Panda bro I also have AS 200 same red colour ... today I checked for radiator fan running or not !!! i started my bike and kept idle for 15+ minutes , the fan didn't started spinning before it used to kick within 10 minutes but now I don't know and my Engine has rebuilt new crankshaft etc . but in last month the fan used to spin when required .. as like when Engine hot but today I felt heat radiation no fan spinning. yah coolent is also there just inbetween min and max ..
Bhai mechanic ne bike ka coolent box kharab kar diya aur abhi bike start hi nahi ho rahi.. Usme coolent kuch bhi nahi.. Bike dhakka mar ke start kiya to puri gadi heat ho gai aur dhuva nikalne laga.. Badme band ho gai..
Brother can i ask question whats the problem of my ns after i change thermostat,sensor and fan on.first week.it works well but after that when coolant heat up the fan will start up but the problem fan will not turn off untill i off the bike fan is always on even running whats the problem.of it bro?
Ashish vlogs pulsar are the only bikes whose radiator starts operating after the engine temperature reaches to 90 degree celcious ... no matter how the bad traffic u r facing if the environment is cool and engine temperature is ok radiator will not operate
Ashish vlogs might be your coolent is still ok.. radiator starts when coolent becomes hot while making the engine temperature down.. radiator cools the coolent not the engine. According to my openion its ok but for your satisfaction u can consult to bajaj service.
Nikhil Sood if your bike is heating up even if the radiator is working and your bike is chioking while riding then its a indication that your coolent pipe is broken or coolent is not getting pumped

Biker 200 but in past 2 years it didnt worked more than twice. Though being heated up a lot during hard revs and high speeds breaks

Please check you engine oil seal near the oil filter.... Coolant might be entering in your engine compartment.
