I constantly use lots of dictionaries/sources and my favorites are ABBYY Lingvo and Google. I also learn English by lots of reading, watching, and listening. In addition, I rarely speak with natives as a part of my job.
    Cheers! :)

I love anything Ruth Golding reads. She's the audiobook equivalent of Maggie Smith!

I am Valerian, pleased to meet you! :) Besides maintaining this channel, I have a couple more on RUclips: 'ValerianisTV' and 'VKadyshev' ,- you are very welcome to check them out.
Samara is a quite large city, for more info read the article 'Samara,_Russia' on En.Wikipedia. And you are correct-we are relatively close to Gorky which is called 'Nizhny Novgorod' nowadays.

    She has a British accent.
And I mastered 'ruglish' by myself, still struggling to improve it. Currently living at Samara, Russia.

BIG compliments for your study! Do you use "wiktionary-english"?? (has pronunciation also) On maps Samara looks to be in "middle of Nowhere" but wiki says: "No is big town" I seem to remember term "exile to Gorki"??

An American criticising an English person for not speaking English properly... Oh dearie dearie me. Just stick to your Americanese, and stop making a fool of yourself.
