- Orlando is home to two different Universal parks: Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. However, if you only had one day to visit one park, which would it be? In this video, we'll answer that question, with the channel's first Park Battle.

Universal has really stepped up the past few years. Can't wait to visit again and get on Hagrids and VelociCoaster!
If you want rides, go to Islands.
If you don't enjoy rides at much, go to Universal Studios.
Islands is definitely waaay better! USF feels incomplete and after I visited Universal Studios Japan I can say USF is lacking behind.

I've been there 2 years ago (both lands) and I'm still blown away by Velocicoaster, Hagrid's ......., and the poseidons fury show.
Just amazing themepark, in my opinion better than Disney world
I'm so glad I did universal studios first back in 2019. I loved the rides and had an absolute blast, but Adventureland seems on a whole other level based on This video and what others have said.
islands does have mythos for food which is heavenly
I have tried it twice and I've honestly never been impressed. Maybe I've just gotten weaker menu items though!

I agree with this ranking 100%. However, my least favorite ride is the Simpsons. Its smelly and old. I would rather do FnF than Simpsons. Also the 1st time I saw Bourne I was blown away. Love that show.
I hope Universal gives back the Simpsons IP in 2028 or 27 when it ends and gives us a proper FnF land, complete with that drift coaster from IAAPA. They get billions from Disney for Hulu in 2024 so no issues with money.

Islands all the way. The ONLY reason to get a two-park ticket is to ride the Hogwarts Express.
Get the park-to-park ticket and do both.
I'd actually give the dark ride point to universal studios. I'd personally put mummy and gringott's above any dark ride at IOA. But then again I tend to favor more roller coaster type rides. Transformers is solid, though not as good as spiderman. Forbidden journey makes me nauseous. Also, ET is a classic that holds up after all these years.

I'm 44, haven't been down there since I was 15.. about to take a 2 day in early March with my 9 year old boy, 20 year old daughter, we've got 1 day of Disney (I know not enough 😔).. And can get 1 day of one of the other, which do you recommend and why? Universal? Island? Or the volcano bay?
I think Islands of Adventure is the way to go personally. More + better rides

Islands of Adventure by a long shot. It has a more immersive atmosphere and a lot more exciting rides. I have yet to meet one person who thinks Universal Studios is better.
