Hi M, I managed to purchase a set of calligraphy brushes. They are made from weasel hair and are quite stiff. They spread very nicely to form foliage. You can look them up on jacksonartdotcom. It’s a set of three in a presentation box. Just put Chinese brush in their search. Hope you are well.
@@lucytupper69 hii , I wanted to ask you something, What will happen if I use ink with alcohol on a watercolor soft pressed paper?. I've been told that the water reacts in an electrifying way do you know anything about it??. Since I work with pastels more often, I don't use inks and also can you tell me any other site where those Chinese brushes can be bought??. ❤️
@@Uddaybhaikabaap : I only use white knights watercolour tubes on CP or HOT pressed paper. My brushes of choice are the hake and rigger in a Ron Ranson style. But since I saw Javid’s paintings I’m going to give the calligraphy brushes a go. I suppose you can also get them from eBay or Amazon or any other art supplier.

Well, he can't do buildings or cities. This is just a colorful smear, looking for an effect. The landscapes are better - but they all look the same, there is no tension in them. Almost) all members of our painting group see it like this. Just laughable!
