How is compared with speed team ?

Quite similar. The speed team would slightly lighter, although in the same weight class. And the beam of the speed team would make the racket more generous and user friendly.

How does it compare with the latest Babolat Pure Strike Team 4th generation, which also has the same unstrung weight of 285 grams.
I like rackets with a stiffer but thinner beam. The Pure Strike has a 21/23/21 beam profile whereas the Blade 100L has a 22/22/22 mm beam profile.
Both rackets have the same box beam design but I am 'gravitating' more towards the Blade because it has a higher stiffness rating on the Tennis warehouse website as compared to the Pure Strike.
But, I also like the Pure Strike's thinner beam.
I am very confused between the two rackets.

For intents and purposes, these are identical. I dont really believe in major changes from year to year in the same racket model. If you deep inspect the racket im sure you can find a difference, BUT I FIRMLY believe that you have 2x v7 rackets you can find minute differences if you look hard enough due to manufacturing variance. These possible differences would be no different than the v7 to v8 update. Very slight. We go over these in the video about 1. StableFeel creating a 10% firmer feel. 2. Improved racket matching by 20%. 3. Cosmetic change. 4. New stiffness reading which can be anecdotal from the measurement of 1 sample racket vs new manufacturing spec.
