I feel like TM’s whole “Spanish Ganon” joke came from how the Gerudo desert theme already sounded Flamenco to begin with, and you just Flamenco’d the Gerudo Desert theme MORE. The cycle is now complete.
If you are interested in the topic. Gerudo Valley has so much connotation to medieval Spain back when the origin of flamenco and the original Gerudo Valley song itself at it´s core and i´ts details is so influence by Flamenco that you can say that it´s in fact Flamenco. So just by that you can say that "Spanish Ganon" is less a joke and more a canon thing.

@@exploder717 I truly hope neither Nintendo or Crispo lawyers don't pile up on this. Although, it IS technically a modified, instrumentalized version of the melody and a different chord progression which loops a ~7 second part of the original. Depending on how hard they want to hit, it should be fine

I'm finnish myself and got a few other covers as well named in the same manner (usually loosely related to the original song; i.e 'metsäkansa' literally translates to 'forest people', and is a name for my deku palace theme cover). Laaksotanssi came from Gerudo Valley + the idea of Ganondorf suave-ing in the recent zelda release because why not 😄
