Lights Out is my song!! I was in such a deep hole in December 2017; having so much piling up, end of my first semester of college, general lonliness because I have the hardest time making friends and then Jjong, everything just hit me bad; this song really came out at the perfect time. I had this song on repeat for weeks after it was released and while my brother said the song sounded too sad to listen to more than once, it really helped me out, along with family and holidays as distractions.
Suho’s voice is prob the most underrated in exo. if u’ve seen the famous clip where they randomly harmonize over Chanyeol’s “uhhhh” u can see that Suho’s contribution is the one that takes it to another level. and also their SBS Gayo tempo performance u can really hear Suho’s adlibs during the chorus and it’s on point.
I thought you would start the concert series so this a great surprise. All the winter albums have amazing b-sides. My favorite is girlxfriend from the Sing For You album .Stay and Been through are for sure fun but I Lights Out left a huge impression the first time I heard it too specially Suho's part.
Chen’s lyrics are always my faves hehe, he wrote Promise and She’s Dreaming too and I love those so much just like Lights Out. SM should let him do more.
Suho's voice is originally sweet and honey-like mama 😂😂😌😌 Chen participated in Lights Out lyrics, and its really got me crying for a month after its released 😭 I can see the way you wont regret chose Jongdae as ur bias, and he is never disappointing in term of songs and singing, he is perfect for ur taste 🤗🤗

Universe is the most beautiful album from EXO so far♥ It really portrays their vocal skills,.I love all the songs and Lights Out always hits me so hard TT and Goodbye Christmas is my most fave of Lay's songs, too TT One of the EXO things that always me amazed is that the members' harmonizations are always sound good even if it's only 2 members, no matter who with who doing it♥ and Jongdae is a genius lyricist!! I think Suho’s vocals shined so brightly in this album. I saw him clearly as a main vocalist after this lol. Just like you, I thought been through was my favourite until i heard lights out. Every time I listen to it, I hear it in my sleep for days and it was the second exo song to make me cry (after promise, of course) and I’m not a crier. Definitely my favourite exo ballad. Same here same here the album kept me holding on i guess. I can't really express it with words it was just like a soft blanket in winter. I remember i was walking home from college and I was listening to the album and trying hard not to cry. But when i heard this part in portrait of you 널 그리다 ~ i couldn't hold it back anymore and tears were flowing down my face. I really want Chen to know how much his songs and beautiful voice healed many souls this past april. It's going to be april all year i guess.

Universe is the most beautiful album from EXO so far♥ It really portrays their vocal skills,.I love all the songs and Lights Out always hits me so hard TT and Goodbye Christmas is my most fave of Lay's songs, too TT One of the EXO things that always me amazed is that the members' harmonizations are always sound good even if it's only 2 members, no matter who with who doing it♥ and Jongdae is a genius lyricist!! I mean look at all the songs he's written so far, he's really good with words, I'll buy his book if he releases any♥ and of course Chanyeol makes good lyrics, too♥ I love EXO so much♥

I think Suho’s vocals shined so brightly in this album. I saw him clearly as a main vocalist after this lol.
Just like you, I thought been through was my favourite until i heard lights out. Every time I listen to it, I hear it in my sleep for days and it was the second exo song to make me cry (after promise, of course) and I’m not a crier. Definitely my favourite exo ballad. I wasn’t surprised beautiful goodbye made us cry cos lights out was a taster of what was to come.

Same here same here the album kept me holding on i guess. I can't really express it with words it was just like a soft blanket in winter. I remember i was walking home from college and I was listening to the album and trying hard not to cry. But when i heard this part in portrait of you 널 그리다 ~ i couldn't hold it back anymore and tears were flowing down my face.
I really want Chen to know how much his songs and beautiful voice healed many souls this past april. It's going to be april all year i guess.

I am so glad you heard the Universe album ❤ Still one of my favourite EXO albums tbh! It's so beautifully written and the vocals just wow even the rap lines are some of my faves of all time! I love it so much! And I LOVE jongdae's words but that ain't something new haha that boy has a talent to write songs I hope he starts doing it more often and I hope sm uses more of his lyrics!!!!
About what you said about Suho in the universe era yes I agree with you too! Actually these songs were recorded after his musical experience and I that actually helped him a lot to develop his voice even more I mean he was already amazing and just got 3times better 😍 you will also notice that in his live performances!!
