Next step is Drum gets filled up to the top.Once the dirt Is seen do we need to off the machine or continue with the Start Option to On - Select program Rinse ...How long the Rinse takes place and when should we select the Spin/Dry option

After you seen the dirt, you need to turn the machine off and wait for like 20-30 minutes. I don't know the reason, this step is mentioned in the scalegon pack. After 30 minutes, select rinse option, add detergent in filling water, wait for the first drain.
