+Jack Nelson doubt it would increase that much i mean a 4 min song is like what 3 mb, some text boxes to voice on what is it 3k quests or something in wow, haven't even tried doing the maths
+Counter The Animator 2 sooo... we'll say 2mb per quest (roughly two min of dialogue per quest), multiply that by 30k, thats 60k mb = 60GB so... it all equals to 90gb. so it would be triple the requirement now. O.o I probably did that wrong, and idc if i did because its 5am and im sleepy.
Number 11. Community WoW has been out for ten years and with it has grown one of, if not the largest online community's going. The amount of passion, creativity and care that players and developers alike have put into wow over this time can not be ignored, From thousands of youtube channels, People meeting in WoW to then go and be married, start a family and still be playing to this day ( that last one is me ). People that grow together, game together, be together and even the god damn trolls. Why do i play WoW? Because i'm part of something bigger than myself and it feels great. =) cheers peon.
You are part of something allright, but it aint big. You forget that every mmorpg player thinks of noone but himself. That being said, I have made friends in wow I still have contact with, but ffs not through wow only. If u only have your friends when playing wow, they are as much worth as a pickled herring, being regurgutated by a dead cat. No we are not missing the trolls, nor are we missing the elitist jerks in dungeons going "go faster, pull more, I have no time for this" Stop painting stuff in a romantic light. U have obviously been away for too long. This is not the game you are looking for! Much has happened since then. One thing is people impatience has gotten worse, so now u will be exposed to even more hostile players than what u were used to. Oh ye, great expansion indeed. Big Matty Im speaking on behalf of what I hear other players are saying! If u play together to avoid assholes, u are not really emerging in the mmorpg adventure now are you? If u need to write that you and your friends have been playing for 9 + years, it is safe to assume, that u only have been playing from pandaria. We are many that have played from vanilla, so please stop trying comming off as the next hot shit, because you are not, and have never been. You have been carried by your guildmates who tought u everything you know. Those are the ones that should have written this, not you!
Main Frame HAHAHA! Ok mate, believe whatever you wish. You know those people you speak of that are the biggest problem? you sound just like them, well done.
World of Warcraft is probably the the most perfectly realized time - killer in human history. Blizzard has produced a cunningly designed glorified digital hamster wheel, and successfully convinced millions of people that it is somehow enjoyable to do what is essentially the exact same thing over and over and over and over and over again, all while paying monthly for the privilege of doing it. The game also forces players to do extra - curricular research and practice, and can often feel like an actual tedious job. And I've been playing since Wrath and I love it and am totally addicted...
Next Video: The Best Weapons In WoW, leave a comment below to suggest a weapon for the list giving an explanation why and there's a good chance I'll feature your comment in the video. The list will include ALL types of weapons for example: Swords, Staffs, Axes, Maces, Fist Weapons, Daggers and Polearms.
Of course Illidan's weapons. I don't know what they are called because I've joined WoW during early WoD but first time i saw Illidan, I thought that would be fucking awsome to cut through my enemies as a rogue with daggers like his
Corrupted Ashbringer, this weapon is unavailable because it is being use by the badass paladin Tirion to kill the Lich King, when we could get it it came with its own special affect when going into SM for a little bit of RP. The blade was hard to get aswell.
+Vurtne Lulz The subscriptions numbers say otherwise. Before Wod launch 6 mil subs give or take. WoD launched 10 mil subs, Current day 5.6 mil subs, yeah that really managed to be so good that it kept peoples attention. Its far from dying, but WoD shaping up to be a good expansion is utter bullshit.
+borntodie297 What are you talking about? That doesn't have anything to do with the point Vurtne was trying to make. At release and during its first months WoD was indeed shaping up to be one of the best WoW expansions, no one but you is using present tense here.
aeoncz Its still bullshit to say its shaping up to be the best WoW expansion yet. It had miles to go in ways of keeping subs consistant like previous expansions. So that statement is still the bullshit we claim it to be. Get the facts together before you fanboy in. Because sure, it looked like a decent expansion at its start, but the cracks became clear in its first few months and the subs started to dry up again. The game is not dying, but this expansion is not worthy of the statement "shaping up to be the best wow expansion" period.
'Just started playing WoW and considering upgrading from the Starter Edition. But I'm wondering... is there a point at the end of it? Like, when I finally reach the Level Cap, is there really a point to carry on playing? What's the appeal to the game, if I can't advance up through the levels any more? Is there anything else to look forward to?
Once you hit max level you kinda set yourself your own personal goal in terms of what you want to achieve, for example, most people want to complete the latest raid tier on normal mode or higher difficulty, others wants to achieve a certain rating in PVP, I personally think hitting max level is where the game really starts, I'd just say play until you feel content with what you've achieved and you stop finding the game fun.
Well after you hit lvl100 then there will be another patches, that will let you experience another story and to find out who is main enemy and who will you try to stop.
i started playing wow wen i was 6 and my dad hookd me and we playd it all the time but i was a totall noob but wen i got 9 then i playd with my dad and now my dad died and wow is the thing that helps me with that
I've been playing world of warcraft for over 7 years, but haven't actually played it legit. Been playin it on private servers and im thinking giving the ACTUAL game a try once i get some money
So sad I absolutely hate how wow has become, I am more of a leveling fan rather than end game and the fact you can level up sof ast and even get instant level 90s really ruins it in my opinion
Even back in classic it was a fast leveling experience since everquest was around. And if you don't like how you can instantly get to max level than just don't buy it and level how you please.
@@sackofcheese4190 Yah this is what i do. I just choose to not buy max level toons. I always lvl through the content and dungeon, each dungeon a couple times at least.
Hello Lazy Peon! I've been subscribing your channel for pretty long time and I have to say, that every single video you make gives me a lot of entertaiment. They are both fun and useful. Keep doing like this! Greetings from Poland!
Man, your videos are extremely helpful for new players. I started playing around 2 weeks ago and I'm level 22. Can't wait to get to the current level cap so I can fully experience this game. Also, to see more people around. Low level areas are pretty empty.
Well I haven't paid anything yet. Around a year ago I bought some gametime to try it out and ended up using only 4 days. I messaged Blizz and they happily gave me my gametime back. I still got 12 days left before my first payment. Will I buy more? Sure, I'm having a good time. It's a matter of finding a class you like and getting to at least level 15 before dumping the game since the first levels are really boring.
+I am [001] yes it is, but only if you play at least twice a week. I am really busy with school at the moment so I only pay for a new month if I know I can play it a lot in that month. like in a vacation. you're character and account will be saved so you can stop and pick up WoW whenever you want.
I meant that legion will probably indeed have more content than WoD, which is not THAT hard to achieve after all ;> yet gameplay looks quite retarded on the other hand, its like they removed quite a bit of skills and made most things easier for... well... new players and/or just noobs ;3 speaking mostly of PvP
I started Terra,Guild Wars 2, Dc universe Online, Star Wars the old republic, and some mmos i cant even remember...but still(after 7 years) i came back to wow every time
Exactly, wow needs to die now. People need to move on. Vanilla and then BC was great. I played into cata or something. I can't believe what they did to talents, they removed them basically it's shit now. I'll not go back.
***** You don't realise, that the current Outland is so shit compared to how it was back in the day. If you didn't play it when it was out around 7 years ago, you can't say if it's worse or not.
***** Naa, I do have nostalgia, but it's just a simple fact that WoW is not as good as it was back then. Simple, the subscriber count backs me up. If you like WoW as it is, great, play it, but you missed out on a lot and there's nothing that can be done about that. Unlucky.
Very nicely done video and narration. Really felt like you covered everything that a new player needs to know about the game while also answering a few questions they might have about it. + Subbed
Sorry peon, not going back. You didn't mention the current lack of end game content. Pvp is shit and people have already cleared heroic and how long has the expansion been released. You also forgot how everything in the garrisons and professions are locked behind Facebook game like time walls. I am not unforgiving, yes the new zones were beautiful and the leveling content was amazing and even the garrison invasions were cool, but everything else fell flat. I did enjoy your video though peon keep up the good work. :)
No the garrison orders are about 2h a pop. It still doesn't change the fact it's boring and tedious. I do like the fact you're necroing the shit out my post but whatever. You can have your opinion and I'll have mine. Have a nice day.
CrimsonSynx i only had 50 - 1 hour ones so far but i can see why but there just meant to be something to do afk to keep you logging on per day. not something to play every day sorry my bad haha. I don't blame you for not going back but for me it wasn't an option i can't find a better mmo.
1. Whole new world 2. Endgame content 3. Accessibility 4. Questing 5. The lore 6. Multiplayer 7. Roleplauing 8. Garrisons(personally I just wanna use the garrison as a real life toilet) 9. UI improvements 10. Wow is not dead
Well, now I'm looking forward to the "Top 10 Reasons Why You Should Quit World Of Warcraft Warlords of Draenor". Reason #1: GET THE DEVS TO WAKE UP AND GIVE US SOME CONTENT.
YodragonStudios #2: Garrisons became prisons. #3: Community became toxic. #4: I still have nightmares thanks to the worst launch ever. #5: Game Tokens. The even so instable in-game market has been destroyed by Blizz itself. #6: PVP imbalance. Just ridiculous. #7: Bots everywhere. Literally. #8: The Devs don't give a shit anymore, and Blizz is looking at it's playerbase like if they were purses instead of real people. #9: The Immersion is gone. The magic is faded. The awkward moment, when you realize, that you are bathing in shit instead of milk and honey...is awkward. #10: The Lore became chaotic at best, and Blizz doesn't really helping/addressing the problem by introducing a filler-xpac based on an alternate timeline. Unsubbed a month ago. I was a fool to think this xpac is going to be thebest of all (I started playing 2months after the release of TBC). Instead, this xpac is the biggest fail so far.
RavenWolf GamesandVlogs For me, TBC was the best, mainly because the game was so new to me, and shiny. I liked Wrath as well, but i didn't really had that many time to play it, as i was busy doing RL stuff in that period of my life.
PLord yeah but all illidan did was *YOU ARE PROBABLY PREPARED* but the lich king fight was epic he actually killed you! and throughout the expansion he mocked you to make you want to slap fordring for standing there like a wet lettuce
I have to say that, i started watching this video to quickly look at what's new in WOD, but after watching 2 min i really got cought in the video and it kept me here for the entire 18 minutes. I have played wow since burning crusade/wotlk and i just recently took a break from wow. But now that i've seen this video it really reminded me of how fun World of Warcraft really is/was! I think i might buy the new expansion and try it out for my self, great video mate you got a like! :)
I've been thinking about finally giving it a try, but now I definitely will give the trial and maybe buy the base game if I enjoy it. One of my biggest fears keeping me from the game have been that i'm way too late to join in and won't be able to keep up with everyone else.
I like WoW, but I don't wanna waist my money for a level boost or helm or any of the shit like that. WoW is a great game! but they really beg for money.
They don't beg as much as phone games atleast, when I first played I didn't know you could get level boosts, etc until my cuz told me! They DONT at all beg for money....atleast I dont see them doing it, maybe my eyes need to be checked...
Sorry but Graphics < Gameplay. I stopped playing gw2 on man kill this dragon then teleport here kill this dragon arm woo wvw! Where no one cooperates!...
And that is exactly why WoW is and will alway beat any other mmo. You can play it on any computer. Do not need a 1k computer to play. Lol Guild of Wars still trying lol
I started playing WOW when MOP came out .Love the game . Have met a lot of great people from around the world . Have become friends with a lot of them. We have a lot of fun playing the game together . You should give this game a try. You will love it.
thanks for the effort to make such impressive video i started playing in 2006/7 and left the game some time after release of pandaria but i will sure come back coz this video there are just too much memories
Nice video, Peon. I am currently thinking about trying WoW out for a little, but from what I gather in your video, it seems like this game is an eternal grind. Grinding faction or battlegrounds or whatever and heroics and normals or whatever just to get some gear that is slightly better then the ones you currently have equipped seems very tidius to me and very reminiscent of Destiny. In fact, that's what kind of put me off of destiny, the countless grinding. Some people enjoy that, and all power to those people, but it seems kind of redundant to me. Anyway, great video. You have a very documentary type voice that fits perfect with your kind of videos
I agree with everything you've said. I've used to be a "Wrath of the Lich King" was the best expansion ever, "Wow is dead" guy. But as recently WoW was on sale, I bought it and actually started playing it, I can say that I was surprised. It's actually really amazing and worth buying. Really awesome expansion. Might even be best so far. Far more better than the previous two.
My favourite thing is the questing! You don't even have to do the start of a characters story line if you don't wanna! And there's SO many choices of places to level depending on your level! Me, at lvl 40 I like to go to a thousand needles, and also love to quest in the outlands at lvl 50-60 ish! Ah WOW....I love this MMO
Hey Lazy. So I know you kind of did a TLDR on it in this video, but could you make a few videos on sort of a "how to" end game in WoW? I have had a max level character in a few xpansions, but I never really knew how to fully enjoy end game content. So like, a video about how to start PVPing when you reach max level, how to start raiding, other end game enjoyment, etc. thanks. and gratz on making youtube your full time. your living the dream!
I usually get into phases of playing MMORPG's and start playing it, getting bored 2 days later. But, somehow WOW is different and I absolutely love it! I remember buying the physical battlechest years ago and that was the last time I actually fully played it (mainly because of the Halloween event). Now I'm back into playing it and can't wait what the Halloween event has in store with us.
Great video, thanks! I have played for nine years, i must admit i got bored before WoD came out, but I'm addicted again. I think the best thing about wow is there is always something to do whether, like my aunty you just like to farm, pet battle and the occasional dungeon, or in my case i love questing and maybe do an instance now and again, theres something in wow for everyone.
i just started playing wow in secret :S because i actually dont may play wow because i was addicted 3 years ago :S ( i played wow when lich king diddnt even was out than i needed to quit haha, but i am back :) and i watch your video's while i am playing just for listening keep on going te good work THELAZYPEON :)!
It sounds tempting to buy that thingie and go straight to lvl 90, but I love to work for my level and achivements so I'll just start at lvl 1 and work my way up from there. Good video man!
You had mentioned in the video, that WoW has now made it to where you can pay off your monthly prescription with in game gold (something like Rune Scape, in which, I do agree with you in one of your other videos, that Rune Scape is actually kind of boring), and since I'm trying to do some more research into that part of the game due to being an inspiring WoW player (which I give a big thanks to your videos as they have helped inspire me to want to play even more!), I was wondering if you'd be able to help me in learning more about the, as I put it, "free ticket" of using in game gold to continue playing WoW. Such as how gold does it cost, and does the realm and or server have any play in telling how much it would cost?
i just started playing wow ! im at lvl16 and im still playing starter edition, but plan to upgrade when i hit lvl20. there is so much to learn and see in the game
I actually preordered vanilla WoW back in the days, but sold it away before I opened it. This vid made me decide to give WoW a try forthcoming weekend :D
One of my friends bought a battle chest or something like that and it came with WoW and every expansion except for mists and WoD (It wasnt out yet) he bought it for £14.99 and it came with a months game time. Not sure if you could buy something like that where you live.
I played BC thru Cata, quit, and came back for a bit for MoP, but quit again before capping my main. You almost make me wanna try again. How does the buy a character work in regards to what he starts out with (gear, profession levels, etc.)? Or , best to just resurrect my 93, though I suppose I can do both, right?
Reasons to play wow It’s a ridiculous amount of fun with friends it’s endgame content is something I think everyone should experience (the raids on heroic and above are very challenging and a lot of fun) and if you clear the endgame content you will get the best gear in the game and see your character get very strong. If you haven’t been apart of killing a 20 foot tall monster and seeing it fall to the floor and the excited reactions in the voice call. I recommend it, it’s a very memorable moment. The world is gigantic (it grows every expansion at a very big scale each time)
Another awesome vid! Great job man. Your videos actually made me try WoW after some time thinking about it. AND I DON'T REGRET ANYTHING!!! Just one question. How do you actually find a nice, raiding guild. Everyone posting that they seek for new members want them to have XXX iLvl and experience, which i lack a lot. I try reading some tuts, but i still don't think i could hande everything etc. Any advices? (Sorry for long and prob boring post :P)
You could try the Forums mate, They have sub forums for each Server and you could just do a short write up on what you are looking for, Someone will respond and you can go from there.
I found a guild recently by doing the group finder as a pug on TS and I had a lot of fun so I server transferred and joined, the best guilds to join are ones that have an actual website you can apply to as that shows they're serious about being a good guild, also most guilds won't mind about exp as long as you're willing to learn and get better and have a well written application, This video will help you with guild apps - ruclips.net/video/JPr7E65CmqE/видео.html
Thank you a lot for help. I'll certainly follow your words and the guide Peon posted. Now i just need some time for searching and applying. Wish me luck.
I am considering the purchase of this game but was wondering, is the max level content as confusing as it looks? All the displays and informations consuming the screen. Thanks
So I just started playing WoW and I only have the battle chest. Would it be worth it to get WoD at my point? I don't know what it would add to the game for me at this point.
Thanks a lot I'm getting the game but 2 quick question do you have to play the other games first before playing this game? And will it turn it into a no life loser? I'm not exactly a rpg person. So : P
although i myself dont care for WoW i just wanted to say i really like your videos, they are still somehow interesting even though i quit the game after a week lmao. keep up the good work :)
Have question! I am planning to buy the game I am first time player my initial question is once I reach max lvl will I'll parties to raids ? because as far as I know people do not want ungearded players to join their raids? is that still applicable ?
Well...you convinced me...bought it in early July (haven't played since early Cata) and now they are announcing an expansion. GG.. got hyped and paid for the smallest expansion and will probably pay another full price for the imminent expansion next year.
12: The fact that there's not a single MMO out there that is as polished as World of Warcraft. Say what you want about the game, but it's obvious that blizzard put an immense amount of time and effort to create the most polished MMO ever created. I've played several MMO's such as Guild Wars, Guild Wars 2 and some free to play MMO's and I've always come back to World of Warcraft cause it's just so damn good
The thing I don't get about WoW is: If I've never played it before and I buy the game now, do I get the character designs from the latest patch and do I have to buy every single expansion that has come out? How many are there?
you buy the battle chest which includes all the old expansion and includes a free month of game time allowing you to level from 1-90, then you buy the latest expansion (90-100) and get a level 90 character boost included, whenever a new expansion comes out the old ones become available in the battle chest for a total cost of about £10 ($15)
I really want to get back into the game, haven't played since Burning Crusade, but sadly my laptop cannot run the game. Any suggestions on laptops that can run the game? I don't have enough room in my apartment for a desktop.
Sorry I have never played wow or even bothered to pay attention to it but i wanted to ask, If i buy Wow warlords of Draenor will it come with the full game or is it like destiny where it is just an extra part of it like a dlc?
I love WoW. I really do , and it holds a warm place in my heart as a gamer as being one of the the few games Ive ever spent over 1000 hours on . But as of right now , I see no reason to play WoW over GW2.
I love wow and have been playing it for a couple years now. I have only ever had one problem when it comes to be fully enjoying the game... I really don't like tab target combat . I always feel at disadvantage when playing because I find the controls difficult, even with how much I play. I hate to say this but in order to do remotely good and feel good I need to click most of the buttons and not use the keyboard too. Do you have any tips to make the game feel more comfortable. I can't even... Anyways I hope you have a good day to whom reads this.
13:34 that was one tame Goldshire Inn. I tried the server Thrall a week ago. And oh my god was that crazy so many players right off the bat it was like playing 4 years ago. Just everyone had the boa gear lol.
hey Peon, if i buy vanilla WoW do i need all the other expansions to play warlords of Draenor? i was wondering because it is cheaper on G2A... Please reply
I quit WoW a long time ago. It was during the firelands raid patch I think. The game got too repetitive and boring for me at that time. But watching your video makes me want to try the game again. It looks like a lot has changed for the better.
TheLazyPeon This video makes me sad at everything this expansion was shaping up to be and how it quickly took a turn for the worst... lol... It had so much potential. Hype train.... Every time you give a reason to play I cringe because of what we are looking at now, 8 months later. Love the videos! Came from the "6.2 is the last patch" podcast video and had to come back here when you mentioned it lol
sorry for sounding like a nobb ( I only got the starter edition a day ago ) but if I don't get the expansion pass can I still access the expansion content but I just don't get a instant level 90?
Best expansion yet my ass , It's wasn't even possible even if they did everything in the right way . Woltk and tbc have the lore and nostalgia of the old warcraft games.
Thinking about starting again, last time I played to lvl 67, but started to really dislike my class. I never saw any of the WOTLK, Pandaria & WoD content. If I create a new human character, do I have to go through all the old content (cata azeroth + outland) again to get to lvl 70 and finally experience new stuff? Edit: also my account seems to have been upgraded to WoD for free, never got any lvl 90 boost though (checked everything)
You probably never saw the new 1-60 quests ( cataclysm revamped a large part of the world) , it's more immersive than vanilla , but in the current expansion... all you got to do are raids and maybe RP ( knowing life RP'ers would be the last to leave)... WOD is a bad expansion but Legion SEEMS really good
If you want to level up your character manually, then you will have to go through all the previous expansions. Unless, of course, you pay for a character max level boost.
I just wish WoW had more voice acting instead of walls of text. That's how I get immersed.
+Jack Nelson doubt it would increase that much i mean a 4 min song is like what 3 mb, some text boxes to voice on what is it 3k quests or something in wow, haven't even tried doing the maths
+Jabbaz03 There are over 30k quests.
+Dr. Mango Voice acting all the content would be a huge work itself, but true it would make questing a lot better.
+Counter The Animator 2 sooo... we'll say 2mb per quest (roughly two min of dialogue per quest), multiply that by 30k, thats 60k mb = 60GB so... it all equals to 90gb. so it would be triple the requirement now. O.o
I probably did that wrong, and idc if i did because its 5am and im sleepy.
+Wee Man 2 minutes of dialogue per quest.... Doesn't sound right.
Number 11. Community
WoW has been out for ten years and with it has grown one of, if not the largest online community's going.
Ashkandi, Greatsword of the Brotherhood - legendary weapon in vanilla, still looks stunning today as transmog!
Of course Illidan's weapons. I don't know what they are called because I've joined WoW during early WoD but first time i saw Illidan, I thought that would be fucking awsome to cut through my enemies as a rogue with daggers like his
Claw and Fist of Molten Fury. In my opinion they are one of the best looking fist weapons in the game. They make you look and feel damn powerful!
Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker!
Did you say, Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker?
Corrupted Ashbringer, this weapon is unavailable because it is being use by the badass paladin Tirion to kill the Lich King, when we could get it it came with its own special affect when going into SM for a little bit of RP. The blade was hard to get aswell.
"Warlords of Draenor is shaping up to be the best WoW expansion yet"
*sneezes* Sorry. Allergic to bullshit
***** i know lol
+Vurtne Lulz The subscriptions numbers say otherwise. Before Wod launch 6 mil subs give or take. WoD launched 10 mil subs, Current day 5.6 mil subs, yeah that really managed to be so good that it kept peoples attention. Its far from dying, but WoD shaping up to be a good expansion is utter bullshit.
borntodie297 thank you! understands why i commented this.
Nope no point playing after you get level 100 since WoD suck ass.
Well after you hit lvl100 then there will be another patches, that will let you experience another story and to find out who is main enemy and who will you try to stop.
Achille12345 fuck off.
Mayeur000Donz Did you actually watch this video? I think he explains it pretty well
Ur videos help me alot playing wow!
Glad it helps dude :)
i started playing wow wen i was 6 and my dad hookd me and we playd it all the time but i was a totall noob but wen i got 9 then i playd with my dad and now my dad died and wow is the thing that helps me with that
I feel Sorry for you man, It must be/have been an incredible hard time to go through, I'll hope u get through things well
yea..
nice story.
could do well for a dramatic backstory in the game
Thanks for the suport
I am [001] Thank u man
NielsPlaysDK thz for suport dude it has bin hard
I've been playing world of warcraft for over 7 years, but haven't actually played it legit.
Been playin it on private servers and im thinking giving the ACTUAL game a try once i get some money
You should try it, it's a totally different story than private servers
i played 2 years on priate servers and then i decided to buy the game and start paying for it and all i can say is that i was worth
wish i could play live wow... i can only play on private servers = =
***** 65$ to buy and the subsciption, thats expensive for me
um.. save money?
like ok everybody who doesnt have a job will find it a bit hard but like 15 bucks /month are easy to save :D
This is one of your most well put together videos that I've seen so far, great job.
Played for about 7 years quit it for one and half. Came back today. WHY IS THIS GAME SO ADDICTING
Man, your videos are extremely helpful for new players. I started playing around 2 weeks ago and I'm level 22. Can't wait to get to the current level cap so I can fully experience this game. Also, to see more people around. Low level areas are pretty empty.
Come to emerald dream-us server ull rarely be lonely lots of wpvp also if u like that kind of thing
Is it worth the monthly payment?
Holy shit how you were wrong lol.
its funny watching his hype vid of legion, it will be that same sht all over again, if not worse XD
+MoiVioM I think it will be better. Definitely better than WoD. I mean there's going to be more content on launch then all of WoD
+Meustice Yeah legion will be much better than wod I think blizzard is going in the right direction... sort of.
content? probably but what about gameplay?!
I started Terra,Guild Wars 2, Dc universe Online, Star Wars the old republic, and some mmos i cant even remember...but still(after 7 years) i came back to wow every time
"WoD" may well be the best expansion yet. Well, you obviously didn't play during Burning Crusade... You missed out.
Unlucky.
Too much to list, go do your research, friendo.
***** Lol, I knew WoW was full of kiddies, you just proved me right.
Wonderful video, been playing for 8 years and I really enjoyed the video. Love the footage of all the PVP and PVE content really well made.
Sorry I'm new to wow so excuse the noon question lol. If I buy the new expansion pack I get a lvl 90 char?
Noob* lol
Yeah, a level 90 of your choice.
Oh ok thank you^^
raymond sherman Please dont tell me you'll actually buy a instant 90, rather than level up.
Davis Productions You get lvl 90 boost for free with the exp pack.
time walls are like 1 hour and it makes sense everything can't be done in 10 minutes,
No the garrison orders are about 2h a pop.
CrimsonSynx "I'm not playing the game, but I know the game much better than the actual players"
Most orders are 1 hours.
Heroic (you mean mythic i guess) hasant been cleared yet. Its not even released....
1. Whole new world
2. Endgame content
3. Accessibility
4. Questing
5. The lore
6. Multiplayer
7. Roleplauing
8. Garrisons(personally I just wanna use the garrison as a real life toilet)
9. UI improvements
10. Wow is not dead
that took about 5 seconds to read.
not an 18 minute video
Why is there always retards in comments?
Not sure why you had to type this in the comment section when it's in the description.
Well, now I'm looking forward to the "Top 10 Reasons Why You Should Quit World Of Warcraft Warlords of Draenor".
Reason #1: GET THE DEVS TO WAKE UP AND GIVE US SOME CONTENT.
YodragonStudios Lol.
YodragonStudios
#2: Garrisons became prisons.
PLord and Wrath was the best
GO LICH KING! REVIVE HIM AND DONT MESS UP
RavenWolf GamesandVlogs
For me, TBC was the best, mainly because the game was so new to me, and shiny.
Oh how WRONG you were
lol
Brilliant video Peon, Keep it up :)
Top 10 reasons to play Warlords of Draenor.
Number 1: Don't !
That's a demand, not a reason...
I'm new to this channel and I'm watching the older videos because I love WoW!!! Nice quality videos!!
Warlords Of Draenor killed wow.
Fuck you.
It killed WoW? It's 100x better than Pandaria
***** Lol no Pandaria was awsome compared to wod.
Good joke man. Just look at the subs. They gained like 3 million subs which is insane.
No man, WoW killed you.
I've been thinking about finally giving it a try, but now I definitely will give the trial and maybe buy the base game if I enjoy it. One of my biggest fears keeping me from the game have been that i'm way too late to join in and won't be able to keep up with everyone else.
***** You're not to late bud!
The quality of content that you put out is awesome! This is definitely going to help your channel
Thanks buddy :)
Once you played Guild Wars 2 you can not go back to the crapy graphics from Wow
***** true that i mean you compare a 2001 engine to a 2010-2012 engine ofc guild wars 2 will look better
gosh...
Graphics ain't making me play that boring piece of crap called Guild Wars.
***** Not my taste. Sorry, bud.
Awesome stuff like always!
I started playing WOW when MOP came out .Love the game . Have met a lot of great people from around the world . Have become friends with a lot of them. We have a lot of fun playing the game together . You should give this game a try. You will love it.
Thank you , one of the only positive comment about wow ^^
thanks for the effort to make such impressive video
i started playing in 2006/7 and left the game some time after release of pandaria but i will sure come back coz this video
there are just too much memories
which one is the best WOW for multiplayer? I'd like to give a try
You have a very documentary type voice that fits perfect with your kind of videos
very informative, thanks for taking the time to make this vid!
Love your videos peon I wish I could get a pc and play Wow. It looks so fun and vast!
Thanks man, you made my friend play wow. Always wanted to play with him but he never gave it a try before I show him this videos.
Hands down my favorite place to level in WoW ever was STV. I don't know what it was about Stranglethorn Vale but I found it peaceful.
Good video, man, Agreed on all points, especially the lore. New subscriber :D
hey if i buy the World of Warcraft®: The Complete Collection will i get the previous expansion packs and can i get to level 100 ?
I actually preordered vanilla WoW back in the days, but sold it away before I opened it. This vid made me decide to give WoW a try forthcoming weekend :D
question! Do I need to buy both the world of warcraft game and the expansion pack? or can I just buy warlords of draenor?
You'll need WoW + old expansions and buy WoD to play WoD
so I need to buy the old expansions too?
lulzimi yea, but they are quite cheap, its like 15 dollars for all of them and you get a free month of gametime
One of my friends bought a battle chest or something like that and it came with WoW and every expansion except for mists and WoD (It wasnt out yet) he bought it for £14.99 and it came with a months game time. Not sure if you could buy something like that where you live.
Hmmm, I'm hovering over the buy button :DDD Are you using some kind of sweetFX or ReShade or something btw?
New subscriber and really enjoying the channel....think about coming back to WoW, but have not played since WOTLK....seems like a lot has changed.
Wait for legion imo
# The Loremaster
# The Explorer
# I got no life
Awesome video, keep making top tens
I played BC thru Cata, quit, and came back for a bit for MoP, but quit again before capping my main. You almost make me wanna try again. How does the buy a character work in regards to what he starts out with (gear, profession levels, etc.)? Or , best to just resurrect my 93, though I suppose I can do both, right?
you sir have convinced me to play this game by the time you hit 2. well done
Reasons to play wow
It’s a ridiculous amount of fun with friends
it’s endgame content is something I think everyone should experience (the raids on heroic and above are very challenging and a lot of fun) and if you clear the endgame content you will get the best gear in the game and see your character get very strong.
Excellent video, one of the best at explaining WoW.
no thanks WOW is too time consuming for me
Number 3 nailed the main reason why the sole thought of getting back into WoW after quitting back in 2009 gives me vertigo. We all have our pride.
Nice intro to the game. You are a fluent and gifted speaker.
I am considering the purchase of this game but was wondering, is the max level content as confusing as it looks? All the displays and informations consuming the screen.
Thanks
I have a question. What addons are you using beside this one you mentioned in the video? Or I just missed you speaking of.
He did a great video about it, you should check it out :)
Dimitri Schneider I definetely will. Because i'm using bunch of useless addons which don't suit me.
The animation detail for the warlords teaser video was insanely high in the quality level.
You did amazing on this video. I will give it another try. :)
So I just started playing WoW and I only have the battle chest. Would it be worth it to get WoD at my point? I don't know what it would add to the game for me at this point.
Thanks man, answered a lot of questions I had :D
Thanks a lot I'm getting the game but 2 quick question do you have to play the other games first before playing this game? And will it turn it into a no life loser? I'm not exactly a rpg person. So
: P
although i myself dont care for WoW i just wanted to say i really like your videos, they are still somehow interesting even though i quit the game after a week lmao. keep up the good work :)
As i left wow when Rift launched... would i quite enjoy returning to wow as atm i am partaking in ff14 arr?
I have recently just started play WOW and watching you play makes it look so complicated. Is it really as complicated as it seems?
12: The fact that there's not a single MMO out there that is as polished as World of Warcraft. Say what you want about the game, but it's obvious that blizzard put an immense amount of time and effort to create the most polished MMO ever created. I've played several MMO's such as Guild Wars, Guild Wars 2 and some free to play MMO's and I've always come back to World of Warcraft cause it's just so damn good
The thing I don't get about WoW is: If I've never played it before and I buy the game now, do I get the character designs from the latest patch and do I have to buy every single expansion that has come out? How many are there?
you buy the battle chest which includes all the old expansion and includes a free month of game time allowing you to level from 1-90, then you buy the latest expansion (90-100) and get a level 90 character boost included, whenever a new expansion comes out the old ones become available in the battle chest for a total cost of about £10 ($15)
Should I get WoW? Do you have to purchase the game once or every couple of months
So are the new graphics exclusive to the Draenor expansion? If I start a new WOW game today, will I be stuck in the past with old graphics? thanks.
*****
so i have to buy the expansion to experience the better graphics?
+Doom Gal no old graphics are in old zones new zones have the good graphics. This goes for everyone
You are on Argent Dawn right? Because at 14:03 that Gnome at the pillar is my friend :D
I am indeed :)
Nice video dude !
where can i find your AddOn
I really want to get back into the game, haven't played since Burning Crusade, but sadly my laptop cannot run the game. Any suggestions on laptops that can run the game? I don't have enough room in my apartment for a desktop.
Sorry I have never played wow or even bothered to pay attention to it but i wanted to ask, If i buy Wow warlords of Draenor will it come with the full game or is it like destiny where it is just an extra part of it like a dlc?
Like destiny, it's a DLC, you need to buy the base game separately
This looks awesome! :D
I love WoW. I really do , and it holds a warm place in my heart as a gamer as being one of the the few games Ive ever spent over 1000 hours on . But as of right now , I see no reason to play WoW over GW2.
You are my fav^^ im downloading WoW now cause of this vid!
Salmonella Fella ok ty man
I quit WoW a long time ago.
Is there any reason you would buy the WoD when your highest lvl is 20-ish? Or should I just play the standard game until I'm lvl 90?
Hey, have you done a "top 10 mmo's to play execpt WoW. Would be interesting to see what you thik is worthwile apart from WoW :)
Daniel Lindberg Could be a top 5 also :)
Realm do you play on?
If I buy the latest expansion, do I get the others as well or do I have to buy them separately?
You'll have to buy the other expansions first
damn dude.
nope. All of them come with the base game except warlords of draenor.
Marcel Rafalski all the expansions are included in the base game, except WoD.
Gredias is a troll
I really love WoD i play for 7 years now and WoD is really Awesome
Best expansion yet my ass , It's wasn't even possible even if they did everything in the right way . Woltk and tbc have the lore and nostalgia of the old warcraft games.
wow, you actually record the whole game, edit the whole thing and made a review, mad respect
Excuse my russian
WOD is a bad expansion but Legion SEEMS really good
ahhh shot , forgot you already saw the cata quests
If you want to level up your character manually, then you will have to go through all the previous expansions. Unless, of course, you pay for a character max level boost.
