How to Make Solid Cedar Soap Trays

- In this video, I show two variations that I use to make soap trays from scrap cedar lumber. Since cedar is naturally rot and water resistant, there is no need for applying finish and the trays will age naturally over time. The first method is done exclusively on the table saw and the second method uses the router table and a cove bit to create curved grooves and circular drain holes in the tray.
Thanks for watching!

I like the idea of the cove bit. I've made a few different soap dishes but never thought of the cove bit. Great idea.
Looks good. I was just getting ready to make something similar and thought to my self that I need a push block. I really like yours. Super simple.
