Kindly help, my Canon connects perfecly to the camera connect App but when I press to take photos it said "Captured Failed" why cannot I captured photos though it already connects?

Hey! Just come across this video.
I've followed it step by step, however when connecting the phone to the WiFi, it says "connected without internet". I've turned the camera off and on, deleted the app on my phone and restarted my phone, nothing works!
Any suggestions?

I’d recommend just making a whole new device connection since these errors can get out of sync.
Reinstall the “Canon Camera Connect” app.
Go into your “WiFi Connection Settings” on your Canon camera. Make sure your WiFi is enabled.
Hit “Register a device for connection”. You can skip the QR code step since the app is already downloaded.
The camera should tell you the WiFi network SSID and Password.
Go into your phone’s WiFi Settings and select the Camera’s Network.
Open the “Camera Connect” app and wait until it’s successfully connected.
Then you can see all the photos and videos and have the option to download them to your phone’s camera roll.

Did you have to update any firmware before doing this? My camera is unable to find the connection points, not sure what happened :(

No don’t update any firmware,just refresh it and use mobile hotspot if possible
