I think that's always been the point of the 3rd chapter. The character with the most character development gets killed in the middle of it. It's an easy way to shock and make you feel sad... Because it's just shocking wasted potential.

3. Kaede Akamatsu is executed(still not sure if she’s dead dead but still hoping she’s not)
4. Now we have the twins: Hibiki and Kanade are executed(must admit, was not expecting two executions but this is chapter 3. Two people had to die)
People who are in the music business don’t survive on these games, do they.
pop helpme not saying I don’t believe you but there are some things I am confused about danganronpa v3. The first is that Kaede was in some kind of machine during the prologue and opening. The second is that in the end it showed the name of the game. So if you can explain it to me then I will fully understand

For those who wanted to know why the Twins killed Setsuka:
Mikado handed out a motive video to everyone, and everyone's the motive video was all about their "loved ones".They were all shown the first half of the video while the blackened was promised to be shown the later half
The twins' motive video was related to their parents being killed and Kanade was in that video
Kanade says she did plan to kill her parents, but she didn't yet but according to the video, she apparently did.
but Kanade said it was irrelevant since she was planning this killing from the first day of the field trip.
Kanade loved Hibiki (in a Junko loving Mikan way).She always wanted Hibiki's attention to be drawn to herself but Hibiki always spent more time with their pet dog Shiro,so Kanade killed Shiro, and put its remains down the drain. And when she did that, Hibiki ran to Kanade and asked for help. Kanade loved that, so she kept killing Hibiki's loved ones. She also killed their managers and staff (basically anyone Hibiki cared for.
One day, Hibiki entered that blank state w/ her eyes all black. And when she's like that, she listened to Kanade's every command .That's how she made Hibiki help with her murder. Kanade says that was the happiest moment in her life. She wanted to make a perfect doll out of Hibiki, She wanted to own Hibiki by herself.
She killed Setsuka because she was positively affecting Hibiki's state of mind, and was helping her to get out of Kanade's trance.Hibiki wouldn't be dependent on her if Setsuka lived, There were also some things that Setsuka discovered
she wrote them down in a note which is in this pic.She killed Setsuka with Hibiki so that they could both live even if one of them was voted as the culprit. Then the twins' later half of their motive video was broadcasted for everyone to see.

Darvin Meas, Emma also killed Kokoro because she brought up her past and that trigger her. I don't why the Ultimate Trader in the game, but Yuki is from the prequel, Danganronpa: Another Despair Academy, I can't spoil to much about the game but the ending is a plot twist. As for Void, They are the group that's holding the killing game, I think they are a despair terrorist group.

This one DEFINITELY topped Emma's execution in brutality and despair. Hibiki was willing to sacrifice Kanade, her own sister, for her own survival... and the way Hibiki looked at the key thinking she would live before she was decapitated... jeez, that's extremely messed up. Even Kanade was struggling for life at the end! Rest in peace, Setsuka and Hibiki... and fuck you, Kanade.
Exactly... this execution hurt me more than some of the major character deaths in the main series just because of Kanade and Hibiki.

What upsets me more about this execution is that in the end, Kanade won in her own way.
One of her biggest dreams before her death was to also see her sisters despair as she died. Because Hibiki got decapitated, that meant her face would still move and keep that scared expression for ages. This means when Kanade was hanged she got to look at that expression for hours and Kanade died happy.
I expected the exact opposite scenario, the killer as the victim and the victim as the killer. Either way, my favourites are getting picked one by one

okay this has made the top 10 of danganronpa fan game excutions i have seen, this litterally just made number one on that list, the two twins fighting for survial only to have both end up dead in the end, this is literally the most brutal one yet.
The Twins were amazing, interesting, unique, and had so much character to them. They really deserve a side manga or spin off game about them (than again it may be too messed up). I loved them. I don’t know why; I just did. They were something that I’ve never seen before in a Danganronpa game: Especially a fan game, for that matter... I do wish that Hibiki survived though. She had some wasted potential, but I loved these two so much and felt like her death was very impactful because of that fact... Kanade dying was the only thing that I would change from them. They’re not good people, but they were good characters. 😊😄👍🏻🤘🏻

I feel like Kanade was interesting though because of how she was mentally ill, which makes her a bit more interesting on how she mustn’t have felt emotion when she was doing the things that she did. I guess that I find her interesting, because I like her yandere side, which makes her reveal much more surprising to me since she was my favorite until the end of this chapter. LOL. 😂👍🏻

I just can't believe Kanade would do that to Hibiki, her own TWIN. Especially when she's still ecstatic during execution and Hibiki got that one chance of breaking free from her sister's manipulation only to get her head chopped off. What's worse was that Kanade didn't "mourn" Hibiki's death. In fact, she became more lustful right before she was hanged.

Actually, if you think about it they are trapped by their necks, or their vocal chords. If by any chance any of them managed to survive a hardcore hanging the chances would have been really high that they could have never sing again.
upon rewatching this like 4 times, i realized Kanade pretty much got what she wanted which is why this execution felt so awful

This game does twins differntly for the twins in my game. I decided that one if the twins will die and one will survive so the twin who survived would get character development.
(Why didn't Hibiki live. Yeah I know they both did the fatal blow, but Hibiki was dragged into this by her crazy yandere sister, plus, Kanade did most of the work.)

So what I’ve gotten from this so far is that Kanade (the younger, shy twin) snapped, went crazy, and killed Setsuka (billiards player), but performed the killing blow with Hibiki (the older twin) who she forced into doing with her, and both died in the execution??
Nah, Kanade was always crazy - she was planning to kill in the very beginning. She reason why she killed Setsuka is because she was getting close to Hibki. One day, Hibiki entered that blank state w/ her eyes all black. And when she's like that, she listened to Kanade's every command .That's how she made Hibiki help with her murder.
These two killed the Ultimate Billiards Player which hurts because her character design was BEAUTIFUL. Can't wait for the english version to be finished!
Srsly, by far this is the most brutal execution in danganronpa games, followed by Kaede's. The executions just get brutal and creative as the game proceeds. I can't wait what Linuj had up on their sleeves for the future executions.
On one hand, Hibiki did seem like an extremely toxic sibling.

So I believe that if the creator continues with this order the next two to die might be the firefighter and the possibly the journalist with the firefighter being the killer, Iroha might suck it up and kill the merchant, Yuki will probably be revived as the Yuki in the first game if that is what mikado is planning and they both get executed in the end, and then the survivors will be Sora (of course), Kabuya, and the brooker.

Well you were right. Shinji killed himself. Nikei just thought up the plot to make Yuki murder so he would get excueted and Mikado wouldn't continue the game.

I'm very late, but this execution was very good, had a good idea with executing both of them. Loved it.
this scares me but amazes me because Linuj is so good at making executions I-
1. Really unfair hibiki had to die when she didn't consciously kill setsuka with kanade, she was under kanade's control in every sense of the word and kanade even admits to this, and the fact that it traumatized her to the point(with kanade's conditioning to her throughout the years helping) that she forgot she even did it and she has to get executed with her psycho sister right after seeing a video of her parents being murdered by said sister, she was quite literally a tool and unlike wvery other "murderer" (if you can even call her) in all of danganronpa history(no, gonta does not count) she didnt commit a crime consciously or willingly.
2. What exactly happens when she unlocks thr ring around her neck that decapitates her? Doesn't seem like an explosion, but I can't think of anything else.
All of a sudden, Hibiki became the innocent twin! What is up with tsunderes?
This execution is darker than the canon games’ executions!
Here is something interesting. There was Void Notes in Danganronpa Another that hint towards the 5 Members of Void in Danganronpa Another 2. Should be noticed that Utsero the leader of Void interacted and rescued both Hajime and Emma which has been confirmed. It is not known if that's the case with the other members of Void.

This is definitely referring to Hajime - the SHSL Boxer. Hajime suffered from illness when he was younger and was constantly in hospital. The reason why he is obsessed with health is because of him hating illness and being weak.

This is referring to Emma - the SHSL Actress. Emma grew up in the slums with a less then happy lifestyle as she was constantly abused I by her father until she was recused by the police. The Poverty line refers to her past basically growing up in an unhappy childhood and her affluence as the SHSL Actress.
Note 3:
"What is it that's missing? Why are you doing this when I'm trying to do my best? Do you hate me? I want to be recognized. Is it wrong to put effort so that I can be recognized? Then what am I working so hard for??"
This refers to Iroha - SHSL Painter. Iroha grew up in a difficult family where everyone was more talented then her including her brothers,sisters and her parents. She had difficulty measuring up to them and feels that her hard work amounts to nothing.
Note 4:
"Disgusting little brat. I want to beat you and your arrogant ego. I should be the one in that place. Me!. Why can't I be the best? Why am I always missing something. Why! Why! Why! " - This has not been confirmed but based around looking at FTEs.
The most candidate for this is Nikei - the SHSL Journalist. Nikei says in his FTE is that it's not easy to succeed as a journalist and that journalist is a competition and that there are other pepole that are more skilled then him so he has to fight with volume

Eliezer Baez same im thinking either Sora or Maeda. Though I think someone will reveal as a void member but they are a fake and Sora's reveal of being the 5th member will be on chapter 6 since that's where the protagonists get into shits.

This breaks my heart so much. Kannade reminded me so much of Mikan and I loved them both. But when Kannade did all that for her sister it brought me flashbacks to when Mikan killed for Junko. It breaks my heart to see these twins die like that. Also I like the twist with two killers instead of one
If the second twin grabbed the pole she could've survived a bit longer

This one absolutely unexpected, well from the very first prologue im pretty sure Kanade will be the next Mikan due to her shyness but "weird" personality, and already sure she will turned to a psycho and killing 2 peeps in chp 3, later Hibiki feels betrayed,cant trust no one, despair ,depressed etc,and she later being an important char/got development in next chap...
but wow what we got here pretty twist
Note: even chapter 6 already released now, this series still continuing and always making an unexpected things + what fandom wants about the killing (like important char die first, 2 killers, and other that you know what happen in next case)
