I think in every country in the world should have assisted technology for adult people with dyslexia help read and write mandatory. In school, All kind of libraries, courthouses, State House, government buildings, trade schools, organizations that help you find jobs, Banks, credit union colleges. I believe we got far in with helping dyslexia people but not enough for the adults that's dealing with it everyday
Hello I am from India and I have same problem and some how I completed my graduation and what can I do after that and is there any one who can guide me
My sister has dyslexia, shes in fourth grade and is only reading at a 1st grade level. I try to help her read a lot but she gets frustrated and i wanna know how to help her. Any advice?
Dyslexic here, try to get a ruler or a bit of paper and use it as like where each line of words are, Ik that doesn’t make since but basically like, If your reading this line of words out the bit of Paper below the words, then move down to the Next one, it’s much easier to read like that. Another thing that helped me was learning cursive, it’s proven to work well with dyslexic minds. Also you could try to get books with comic sans as the font, or try to find books about something she likes, it make it’s more enjoyable :)
Hello!! im currently working on an app for dyslexia, and I've been meaning to ask people who had used those kind of apps: what kind of feature you would like to see?? Regards Mirlu :)
Are there any apps out there that read your messages for you I really struggle to read my messages I have to use the voice thing to say what I want to say After Time that's not right neither but I'd like to have an app that reads things for you
This is a nice video. Also, I learn quicker with certain teachers or students. Even if we're doing the same topic... working it out the same way. Is that a Dyslexic thing, or is it just me?
EVERYONE whether dyslexic or NOT.. EVERYONE has a DIFFERENT way of THINKING and UNDERSTANDING... and HOW OTHERS EXPLAIN THINGS can often be SOMETHING ELSE again!!!!!! ... LOL ;- ) If people explain things in a way that is IN SYNC with how you/one UNDERSTANDS then you/one can PROGRESS more EASILY, but if they INSIST on EXPLAINING in a WAY that makes SENSE ONLY to them but NOT YOU .. your progress becomes STALLED.. and if in school and STUCK with that person as a TEACHER.. you can end up just FEELING STUPID!!!.. and the teacher may even project that value judgement onto you in order to protect/defend their own ego identity/reputation as a 'teacher'.. because the LACK/WANT in in them NOT YOU!!! Finding RIGHT PERSON or RIGHT METHOD for you is KEY to your SUCCESS :- )
You are good nice to listen to but you didn't talk about any apps when you motioned with hand your apps you like it was only on the screen for about 3 seconds what dyslexic can read and write down your suggestions even rewinding and playing over and over wouldnt help also you do talk fast which is very hard to understand everything . I would like to see and hear a re write of this or update with these things in mind.

I am quite interested in app design and I am dyslexic if you would like to talk and share ideas how web design or functions don't be afraid to call
What is it named? I think I have dislexia and I want to try it
Maybe like we can change the back ground colour to the persons overlay (eg mine is magenta)
What is the apps name? I’d like to see how it is like being dyslexic lol
maybe look into making apps for adults i left school years ago so having a app i could pop in and out of to better my skills would be cool

What about maths
I'm a dyslexic and I fear computers can't communicate with the world today things like emails
It may be worth looking into courses that can help improve your confidence with computers. It could open your world up to many helpful resources.
