- After some technical issues and a whole lot of frustration here's the final product. The trailer outlines Shepard's choices which decide the fate of close comrades and all organic life. His sacrifices lead to inevitable destruction caused by the reaper threat. ME3 truly captures the essence of emotion on it's final epic outing.

totally, when the game ended, i kindda lost something..you really got drawn to it.. almost lived it.. so great a game

Best trailer that I have ever seen to capture the true essence of Shepard's sacrifice through the war with the reapers that claimed the lives of many in the game and brought forth the sadness that you saw as choices were made.
Man I watched this so many years ago and I just thought of it today.
It took me a while to find it until i typed shepards sacrifice.
And after all these years I still think of this video, the music and the feelings it evokes when combined with the footage. It hasn't gained many views, no idea if the creator comes here anymore but it's kind of a special hidden gem to me I guess so hey, this video had some kind of effect on my life so yeah.
0:28 I'm always amazed at how they were able to perfectly capture that look of pure horror just in five seconds of facial animation.
Seriously I watched this so long ago, with citadel its just brought back the good memories - but more so the bad ones!

I`m actually not %100 sure on the artists name for this specific track. It`s from Music Junkies album Epic IV released in 2008 I think. Quite hard to find information on this company, even on their official website. Sorry I couldn`t be more help. Thankyou for the comment. =)

Please read it while listening to this video. I will turn 17 in 10 days and now Im sitting here crying over this. I remember 5 years ago I was 11 when it all started, when Shepard first set foot on Eden Prime. These past 5 years were made awesome thanks to BioWare. And now it has ended, god its so sad right now. I will always remember friends who stood beside me and who died. Thank you for making the best sci-fi story out there. I was only 11 when it started and now it ended when Im 17.Thank you

2022, ME3 is hardly relevant anymore save for the HD Remaster trilogy. But this video still hits sincerely for me. Good work 👏

Really like how you showed the more tragic scenes of Mass Effect instead all the happy scenes that everybody else likes to show. In my personal opinion, the ME trilogy is better as a tragic story. War is brutal, full of hard choices and the loss of comrades who were as close as family. Lets not look through it with a hollywood lense.
I think either perspective misses the point by treating it as one or the other. One of the things the trilogy did extraordinarily well was contrast; balancing the despair of imminent galactic extinction and the horrors of war with the lightness of hard-fought personal friendships, moments of heroism, and even comedy.
Grimdark is good -- in moderate doses -- but one must be wary not to go all the way to grimderp. The games made it abundantly clear that what was going on on Earth in ME3 while Shepard was off playing hero was nothing short of horrific... but it balanced it out all the same.
in war people are lost familys torn loved ones lost but there are people willing to give up everything to protect the people close to them and those people are real heroes [salute the fallen brave]

Sorry, It was my first renegade runthrough and wanted to see all the consequences of Shepard's choices. I can assure you I let the Quarian Fleet live my first playthrough and let Legion die, it was easier to swallow as I prefer Tali anyway. I've got a new trailer coming shorty that should outline my loyalty and the Reaper attact. Thanks for all the great comments. =)
And that's exactly why I always choose destroy. I'll never go down the path the Illusive Man would go, I'll never go down the path Saren would go, I'll always honor the lost friends and loved ones and send the Reapers to whatever whole they crawled out of, even if it kills me.

Right you are. Team members in all 3 games in series are like a family. I loved all the characters,especially Ashley,Garrus,Miranda and Liara. I can really say that Mass Effect are the best game trilogy ever made! 10/10 for all parts! :)
yeah, I knew that... to make it clear, what I meant was if Tali was Shepard's romance in that certain gameplay he should have had a different reaction from the default "friends" gameplay or playthrough...
To this day still the saddest game I ever played the ending of the game was just heart wrenching the music I think it's called an end once and for all gives me goosebumps every time I hear it

Yes I went the whole way with her for the romance, I even fixed the bug where LotSB didnt acknowledge the romance there.. so :(. In the end she says I love you and shep says I love you too

Once again, I never said, this DLC solve all the problems in the Mass effect 3 ending, all I said, it was hell alot better than old version. I wish Bioware would ge there act together and give us a proper ending. Something tell me E.A won't let that happen though. I am with you, I would like to see my Shepard with Ashley again and all my old friends just chilling around talking about old war stories. :)

I've seen thousands of videogame characters die but none of them got me like Tali. Damn you BioWare, really caught me off guard with that one.
I think the theory was true - even the developers gave enough clues for that in their tweets. What happened was EA took over and wrote the end themselves - the main story writers for ME didn't have any part in the ending.....
She is a romance option in ME2. You can further continue it in 3.

I think it was during rekindling are relationship early in ME3, but can't quite remember. I romanced Liara in both ME1 and ME2: Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC, so that might have an influence on the dialogue. So to answer your question, yes I edited the audio with that specific scene taken from an earlier conversation. Did you at least sleep with her before the final mission? If so, I guess it has something to do with the relationship I had with her during the first 2 games. Hope this helps.

How did you manage to fuck up everything??? For me, only Mordin, Thane and Legion died, all 3 are inevitable....oh an EDI, I chose destruction. Nice vid though!
Legion isn't inevitable. With enough paragon or renegade, you can save him and Tali. Then Legion promises to support Tali's race in their effort to rebuild their planet. Mordin (To gain the support of Krogan, With enough paragon or renegade he can be saved), Thane, EDI (If you choose destruction), and Anderson.

None of these people died on this play through (well apart from Mordin) thats why I cant bear to be renegade I love these characters too much.
