In modernizing their data stack, Trellix set out to move towards a cloud native scheduler, selecting Apache Airflow for its modern data orchestration capabilities. There were challenges and limitations initially with the managed offering from their cloud provider, so they turned to Astronomer to alleviate management overhead, ultimately giving the data engineering team time back to focus on delivering value for the business.
