Hi Sir, Hope you're doing well. I have cleared the L2 in Nov'24, and I am working as an associate at a consulting firm since July 2024. Preparing for L2 was a challenge with the Job and since it's a non-finance role, I couldn't get any exam leaves as well. Due to this reason, for L3, I want to take some time and attempt for Feb'26. My doubt is that I wanted to transition into finance post L3, and now that I want to delay the L3, should I look for the opportunities after L2 (+7 months of work experience) or after L3 only.
