TEQ Ultimate Gohan shouldnt even be on this list at all, they made his transformed state better than is base in every single way. Although he loses his permanent stacking, that doesn't matter cause of the MASSIVE stat boost he gets in his transformed state. The point of his EZA was to stack up enough, transform, kill the big boss. He does have some form of stacking by greatly stacking for only three turns. But overall he shouldn't even be considered to he put on this list.

Nahhhh putting Videl on 1 while she was literally meta for over 1 year is crazy. For today's standards her transformation is obviously awful, but -20% DEF wasn't a lot for a unit which dominated every boss up to Legendary Vegeta
Videl was 100% great, make no mistake but the 20% def loss was a big deal even back then, I hardly ever found myself transforming her personally as she’s almost always done more than enough damage for the big defense loss (as she doesn’t stack and just has dodge) made her much vulnerable to dying and the tradeoff not worth it
I don't know if I'd put teq gohan here he can be really effective when he transforms late into a battle. Those guaranteed crits are really nice on like an end of event boss and with 1.5 mil defense and guard he is still really good defensively.
I was mainly referring to his Pre EZA status, which not transforming and stacking was his purpose for like 4 years. His EZA obviously makes his transformation great, but I could’ve been more clear on that I guess
I personally think the banner unit STR android 21 should have been on this list, her transformed state only gives a 30% boost to her start of turn stats and barely changes her kit aside from disabling enemy guard and stacking only attack on her super. It doesn't even feel like she transformed at all

From what I remember back in the day when he came out, you could argue that he legitimately got worse post transformination, because his SSJ rellied heavily on debuffs, which were unusable on bosses at the time. However, considering the current state of the game and that the newer high tier bosses can be debuff, AGL Trunks might finally have a chance to shine with a good eza
The most confusing thing about AGL Trunks imo is how he turns into a differently built unit when he transforms. He's obviously unusable now but on release you would give him a lot of HiPo crit to take advantage of his additionals in base but then in ssj he crits by himself and needs more HiPo additionals. Since he didn't transform that often prople just built him full crit, screwing over his ssj state.
I've said it and I'll say it again LR AGL SSJ Goku and Vegeta are basically LR STR Goku and Vegito that fuse into Super Vegito(pre-eza) except they don't fuse into Super Vegito also meaning they don't restore hp, they also aged just as badly if not worse because their trasformation almost doesn't matter to never being seen along with no hp restoration And considering how the only thing they did better than LR STR Goku and Vegeta was damage(pre-eza), they indeed did not age very well Despite people telling me on their release that they won't age badly, guess who won? Also why isn't AGL Android 13 on here? Especially pre-eza, even after his EZA since he stacks defense in base and loses that when fusing along with his fusion not being an active skill, loses support as well Int Future Gohan is in the same place, transformation is not an active skill so you can't choose, loses greatly raise defense from base form as well, no longer supports either
13 isn’t on here because his transformation was very good against the OG LGE which was his premium content when he came out, I don’t think he got worse after transformation despite losing the support but he does have a case to be on here after his EZA since he loses stacking, maybe he could’ve been on here over TEQ Gohan. Future Gohan’s transformation is pretty solid however, you want to transform with him

Usually i transform teq trunks, mainly because i use him in time travelers/PBSSJ (wich is basically agl vegito + the 5th and some future saga floaters) and he never finds himself in the condition of taking normals when facing the final stage of the battle, so due to the high firepower of the team i want him to kill before getting killed
ok im confused about ONE thing where is LR agl trunks and gohan after transforming they have -100 defense only attack which isnt even that good sure there is the scouter and revive but they can only come in handy once or twice before gohan just dies to a breath
