    Chicken Pakora Recipe
    #### Ingredients:
    - Chicken: 1 kg
    - Vinegar: 2 tbsp
    - Salt: 1/2 tbsp (for initial soaking)
    - Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
    - Yogurt: 1 cup
    - Gram flour (besan): 2 cups
    - Cornflour: 3-4 tbsp
    - Salt: 1 tbsp (for batter)
    - Sesame seeds: 3 tbsp
    - Turmeric: 1 tsp
    - Red chilli flakes: 1 tsp
    - Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
    - Black pepper: 1 tsp
    - Garam masala: 1 tsp
    - Coriander powder: 1 1/2 tsp
    - Ginger & garlic paste: 2 tbsp
    - Food color (optional): 1 tsp
    - Green chillies (crushed): 1 1/2 tsp
    - Chaat masala: 1 tsp
    #### Instructions:
    1. **Prepare the Chicken**:
    - Place the chicken in a bowl.
    - Add 1/2 tbsp salt and 2 tbsp vinegar.
    - Let it rest for 10 minutes to soften the chicken and release any remaining blood.
    - After 10 minutes, thoroughly wash the chicken with water.
    2. **Marinate the Chicken**:
    - Add the following ingredients to the washed chicken:
    - Turmeric: 1 tsp
    - Red chilli flakes: 1 tsp
    - Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
    - Black pepper: 1 tsp
    - Garam masala: 1 tsp
    - Coriander powder: 1 1/2 tsp
    - Ginger & garlic paste: 2 tbsp
    - Food color (optional): 1 tsp
    - Green chillies (crushed): 1 1/2 tsp
    - Chaat masala: 1 tsp
    - Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
    - Yogurt: 1 cup
    - Gram flour (besan): 2 cups
    - Cornflour: 3-4 tbsp
    - Salt: 1 tbsp
    - Sesame seeds: 3 tbsp
    - Mix all the ingredients well to coat the chicken evenly.
    - Let the marinated chicken rest for 15-20 minutes.
    3. **Frying the Chicken Pakoras**:
    - Heat oil in a pot over medium flame. The oil should not be too hot.
    - Add the chicken pieces one by one, ensuring not to overcrowd the pot.
    - Fry the chicken on medium to low heat, turning the pieces occasionally for even cooking.
    - Fry until the chicken pieces are golden brown and cooked through.
    4. **Serving**:
    - Remove the fried chicken pakoras from the oil and drain on paper towels.
    - Serve hot with crispy fries or your favorite dipping sauce.
