One that comes to mind if you seen it before was a show called "Home Movies" Looks awful the first time you see it and you wonder what the heck. But after awhile it grows on you and its quite good at times :D
Off the topic but Zoul armor is such a powerhouse, you can literally tank arrows from bandits/cumans using Ash longbows, this is pretty much the sole reason why I rush this DLC after Baptism of Fire. Plus its good looking af.
The armor does look amazing and like you said, it basically makes Henry a tank. The main thing I do not like about the outfit is the helmet since it gives "helm vision" when fighting. The other thing is that it covers Henry's face completely when he is talking so it sort of takes me out of it, but like you said, shrug off arrows from top tier cuman archers is no joke. I think like 10 episodes ago I got head shotted by one of those bastards and it cause my "last gasp" perk to activate. Basically he could've one killed Henry by himself no questions which is why that Helm is so good too :P
@@helicalgoose Yeah the visor is the only thing I dislike too. Its bad when there is some dramatic scene in the game for Henry to just waltz in looking like some goof lol. And people say DLCs aint pay to win, Zoul armor makes entire rest of the hardcore a breeze, atleast when combat is included.

The value is near zero but the armor is great. That to me seems like a pay to win almost, but then again all that stuff is all around so it takes time to find. Zoul armor is towards the end of the game or can you start it after Pribslav? I think then, which I can see it making things waaaay easier. The one thing I wish I could do is change the Zouls chest piece colors. The gold on the armor is amazing, but the chest piece is this blue tricolor design which almost takes away from the rest. A little customization there would be great, even if I had to pay for it at the tailors.

@@helicalgoose I'm not sure, Czech dubbing was a fan run effort with Warhorse assistance so perhaps couldn't find the right voice role for him... He is still mates with Warhorse though as Chris the community manager regularly goes to his house for the live streams... So guess he could be involved in the sequel he's not letting on. As for the level one archery I assume they recorded it after a liquid lunch 😄
Good day! I remember spending like an hour replaying last mission of this dlc trying to keep everyone alive. I gave up after realizing one of them was dying in one hit in first 0.5 seconds of the fight.
It is vastly annoying to keep everyone alive in that last fight. I do not want to spoil anything for the next part, but I did manage to keep everyone alive and some other things in that fight lol I will leave it at that :P
The band of Bastards DLC does have some cinematic cutscenes, but sadly I had to cut most of them out since they're well done, but not funny at times :P I will say though, after finishing the DLC, it does seem a lot shorter than I remember, but still enjoyable!
Kuno has a level 20 speech for certain. I even felt like I needed to go out and steal more things. But then I realize that Henry already took everything :(
I absolutely love it too! For someone that says basically nothing, I really do like Stone the best out of all the characters of Band of Bastards. Maybe that hissing won me over :P

Its a great line, but it was not used the way it was in this video. I believe that came from the Exorcism quest in Ledetchko. Far more innocent, but I knew I had to save that bit for the future ;)
Thanks you gave me the idea when I was getting bored in KCD. Now I’m playing a game with all bad percs and I‘m only allowed to earn money by completing quests and to loot from body only money food and „other“. Makes it a lot more fun and realistic.
I agree with that. It makes the game more challenging and strangely fun when you sort of set your own barriers to earning money or killing people. Otherwise things could get boring or stale. I mean, I try to avoid using the bow because its too godly of a weapon. I only pull it out when I just had about enough of all the NPCs antics. Glad you're having fun with KCD once again, the game is gem and worth a once a year replay :D
I am curious to how heavy Peshek is right now, since he did pick up all that crackling. The problem is that I can not pickpocket or knock him out so I do not know whats in his inventory. So I am guessing the lord of crackling just sits on the pile while he goes to sleep :P

Welcome back Henry :D I think this is the most fun DLC to be honest. I´ve played it like 9 or 10 times and got so many different results in the end. Let's just say that there is a way to go in as poor man and come out as the wealthiest dude around. Also have always running away the dude or the woman who blames me for killing someone who I somehow didnt .. but Ive never encountered that @ ... line :D its pretty funny.

Haha, I had to rewatch what the heck did I do in this episode to realize, oh yah, the massive amount of crackling dropped. But I would love for one of the Rattay people to come by looking for a bag of flour and just see crackling pouring out of the doors and Miller Peshek outside, telling people they only sell crackling, and crackling accessories now, no flour.
Sometimes there are things I don't see in the game for awhile and be like "what the heck is this!" So if you haven't seen it for over a year, then this has gone to pure chaos where Henry could be elected the third pope anytime now.

Playing on hardcore is just more inconvenient it’s not hard at all even all negative perks eventually you overcome them by lvling. After playing hardcore for 300+ hours you kinda miss all the convenient stuff
Absolutely. At this point I sort of forget that I am playing Hardcore mode, until I saw the fast travel during the cutscene and was like awwww man, fast-travel :( But I do have to say, that the lack of fast travel has made me run into a bunch of other events I would not normally see. But after 300 hours, you probably seen just about everything.
I finally beat the entire game with the czech dub. And what i said before still stands. Henry is little boring, side characters are amazing and whoever wrote the script was a genius. But! i found one major mistake. Lack of german accents and german words in the dub. "Dont forget about Kuttenberg!" exactly. Gets especially painful with Ulrich. They made him sound czech smh. Well, that project was so huge you cant really blame em for one slip up. But i found it worth to point out.

At least we get a little of Henry tap dance his way on a roof. Do not know why or how.
But poor Al-burq, there are no real roofs nearby for him to sit on top :(
