Honestly, their story is so beautiful, isn't it? As someone else commented, they remained all together. Not even one member gave up on the group and the other members for the sake of a solo career, which happens all the time, or maybe joining another group. They tried to redebut, which is honestly one of the hardest things to pull off, especially for an underrated group. Dreamcatcher is literally one of the two groups who've managed to successfuly redebut and the first one is Highlight, who were known before, so they don't fully count. The beautiful thing however is also that their company didn't give up on them. They could've easily not done anything with them and debuted another group, maybe a boy group, since it's been a lot easier for a boy group at the time (luckily, it's been changing really drastically since 2018, when girl groups really started slaying, even tough imo, they've been slaying from the start). The perseverance really made them good and now they can fully shine in Dreamcatcher and tell their story.

So they had a year hiatus, in which some of the girls had depressive tendencies like siyeon not wanting to listen to music anymore because she couldn't fulfill her own music dream, and Jiu staying at coffeeshops playing league of legends all day, untill they finally redebuted with two more members and a unique concept that will always make them stand out

I'm a new Insomnia and I love how the CEO didn't disband the girls after Minx didn't work out, instead he changed the concept because he knew they had talent and potential. Mad respect for the CEO. Also I actually really like this song. It was my first time listening and I actually liked it
well, yeah, but tbh they shouldn't have gone with this concept at all. 1) The kpop environment is already flooded with cutesy concepts. 2) they oversexualized the members way way way way too much, it's uncomfortable.
