I went to the main branch of "Sannomiya Ikkanro", a Chinese restaurant famous for Butaman (dim sum cuisine). It was my first visit in a while, but the restaurant on the second floor had been renovated in 2021. I tried Butaman, a representative of Kobe, and the popular dish "Pork and egg rice" that has been popular since the company's founding.
