@@user-nb5jo2xi1g I had two best friends when I was younger,(I am now going into my freshman year of high school) and we would binge-watch all the MLPEG movies when we had a group sleepover. Then one moved, and the other one turned on me soon after and we all went down different paths. I am now a mediocre composer, the friend that moved is finding their path, and the one that turned on me is also still thinking on their future. I miss both of them a lot, and coming back to here gives me that trip to the nights we’d stay up and belt our hearts out to these songs.

I don't know if it's too late or not, but I really have a lot of memories associated with this show... when I was 6-7 years old, I watched it every day and watched movies several times a day. I had a whole collection of ponies and dolls. Then I had a very good friend, we played with our ponies and dolls every day at my house, watched my little pony, drew ponies and exchanged drawings, came up with stories with our characters. We were only friends and our classmates thought we were weird, but we didn't care. Even when we were watching Rainbow Rocks and the final Battle (welcome to the show) came, we imagined as if I was twilight, and my friend Sunset shimmer and we were winning dazzlings together. Unfortunately, she left now and we don't communicate. Honestly, it was the best time of my life, I would really like to come back to that time at least one day, but I know that memories should be memories. Now I'm listening to this playlist and remembering all the good things that happened to me then. Thank you for this wonderful video. 💗

And since you left such a comment, then I will share my story from childhood. I was in elementary school and I had an old iPhone that I got from my dad. I didn't know about the existence of "mp3" at that time. I didn't know at all that you can just download music! So I took my mom's phone, turned on music on it, and on my phone I turned on the recording in the dictaphone. And that's how I recorded songs for myself. Then I took a bike and went for a walk (I lived outside the city). And I still remember the sidelong glances of people 🗿 when a girl on a bicycle drove past them with a phone, from which songs from EG were heard at full volume.
I never had dolls or stuff like taht I wasn't so interested in dolls but this is still my favourite and I rewatch it still I am the biggest fan ever tho and I always believed "no need for merchandise when you love them with heart" I love mlp and eg and I would also imagine(I still do I super good at imagining things) if I was one of the girl or I make a whole new character of my fav colour my personality and everything I like and it feel like I am a new girl and I turn apart of them it marvellous

Soo good!! Omg I miss mlp sm, I remember when I first watched mlp on Netflix back in 2010 I was so obsessed with it, I even got to finish it so quickly cause of how much I loved it! And when eg girls came out back in 2013 I was so excited to watch it with my family and siblings,I remember when I collected the ponies and dolls too😭😭 too bad they don't sell most of them no more, honestly I wish I can keep liking it forever but since I've gotten older I now have responsibilities and I am starting to move on, tbh mlp will always be my favorite show/ movie even tho I'm not a kid anymore

honestly, it doesn't matter how old you are. i literally binge watched the sofia the first series during the summer vacations and it was pretty neat-

I made the sweetest little girl’s day today, and after she left, I came back to this playlist…
There was this little girl just playing by herself at the park, about 6-9 years old I’d assume. She was wearing this adorable My Little Pony onesie, and so I thought “What if I just like- started singing a few songs from the show?”.
She had looked kinda sad and lonely at first when I was just glancing over at her, but the smile on her face when she came and talked to me…it was so heartwarming. We got to talk for a while before her mom came to pick her up too!

Can't believe it's been 10 years since this movie came out. It is the reason I got into MLP and became a fan. Words aren't enough to describe how much I love it and all it represents to me, it truly changed my life. I wish I could relive those moments like the first time, but listening to this songs it's like time traveling, they really bring me back to those golden days. Nostalgia surely is a thing.
