May I suggest to expand this topic and still Carl to be your guest. e.g. Investing in Property: Lot / Investing in Property: House and Lot / Investing in Property: Condo / Investing in Property:Townhouse / Investing in Property:Apartments ...etc Kudos to Carl and ANC On The Money
i love Salve's portion, it's always interesting. as far as the choice between apartment vs the 2-3 bedroom condo, I think the apartment is the better option. their guest doesn't seem to be very knowledgeable because the hosts are the ones answering the questions.
I am glad I've watched this video, now I don't want to buy a condo as an investment in Phils. I dislike the idea that a neighbor damaged their neighbors property 'accidentally' because of the ongoing renovation... better settle it with so called 'good relationship' talk... that's ridiculous! I bet it will end up up in court or may damage what has been, if there is any, good relationship established beforehand. There should be more FAIR PROTECTION OF BOTH SIDES. Dito sa hk, if the neighbor flat has something to repair, the management has a policy that there is an amount (IDK, how they call it) deposited by the flat owner to the management as an insurance of any damage they may occur to the neighbor flat, obviously, mag iingat ang ga workers dahil ayaw nila ng multa. Kapag may nadamage ang mga workers the management will use the fund for the repair. If there is no damage done the amount will be returned to the flat owner. I think that's fair. Thanks for saving me from headaches ANC Team! More Power! I love your program a lot!
